I ordered fuchka, tehari, and two bhapa pithas. The food took closer to 30 minutes to arrive, which felt a bit longer than expected.⏳
The fuchka and tehari were both delicious. The tehari, in particular, had a wonderful aromatic flavor that really stood out. It would have been even better if there had been a bit more beef served with the rice.
Unfortunately, the bhapa pitha was cold and hard, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the fuchka and tehari.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their jhalmuri is the best in the DMV and very close to authentic Dhaka style jhalmuri — perfectly spiced and fresh. The kolija shingara also stands out with true traditional home style flavor you rarely find in Virginia, Maryland, or DC.
Highly recommended for anyone craving real Bangladeshi food in the DMV.

So happy to have a Bangladeshi food truck closer to home! Tonger Adda has been one of my recent favorites. They have delicious foods at a good price, provide good portions, are reliable and consistent unlike other desi spots nearby, their social media makes info readily available, menu items and hours are good and consistent, they reply quickly on social media, and to top it all off, they have great service! Honestly my favorite spot hands down. Excited to see them grow and succeed!
