One of the best locations I’ve ever been to for Jersey Mikes, I wish I didn’t live so close because I’m going to be there way too often

Amazing location. The Nocatee location is closer to me but this location is worth driving a little farther to. Pickup and dine-in orders are fresh and made as ordered.

This location is new and fantastic. Spoke with the franchise owner, and she was so delightful and warm. Staff was attentive and our subs were excellent. We live in Nocatee and this location in Palencia is our new go-to JM, the franchise in Nocatee has gone downhill, but thankfully this location is not the same ownership group and is running their location the right way! They are present and you can tell they care !!!

Went here 3 times this week because it was just too good. The entire place is so clean and well ran and the employees are so nice and welcoming.

Went to this location yesterday. Decent service but when checking out, I asked about my points and he said I should have scanned my app before I paid. Why didn’t he ask me if I had the app before he charged me? Spent $40 there with 0 points. They seem to be in too much of a hurry to get you out of there.

Unbelievably nasty employee. Scratched his or her scalp then without gloves handed me a piece of 6 inch bread. I pulled the ends off he or she touched bare hand after itching his her head. The other employees are absolutely not leaders. They did nothing. Juvenile immature ç. Unacceptable to be working anywhere, let alone with food or people in need of help. I am sure when God puts y’all in a crisis, you’ll get through it with the same attitude and behavior you displayed. Absolutely, shameful.cçç @ headquarters and @publichealthdepartment

My mom and I stopped for a cheesesteak as she so very much loves them as well as their Tuna…it’s ’double points day’ .. so I knew we were going to go…. It has been my second time in that location.. and my mom seems to be quite the regular.. both times the staff … Ash.. Lizzy.. Hector.. Luciano.. Joaquin.. Tom and Kailey have not just radiated their positive vibes.. smiles .. professionalism.. working well as a team.. kindness and overall excellent experience.. it makes going there enjoyable.. all around.. we wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation to them.. to the owners who have chosen a great staff to represent this company and yourself… well done.. and thank you…. Continue to SHINE YOUR LIGHT.. ❤️

Staff was super friendly and efficient, location was clean, and a sandwich shop was desperately needed in this area. But that’s where it ends.
The amount of meat (where’s the beef? lol) and the quality of the overall sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. Granted, it’s a franchise and they probably have a set amount of the quantity of what you get. My son’s Philly cheesesteak had barely any meat or cheese, and was surrounded by large airy flavorless bread. My own Italian sub had barely much of anything. When you’re at $15 with tax and tip for a “regular” sandwich, you realize there are better lunch options out there.
Maybe I’m spoiled as I’m used to real sandwich shops, but this was disappointing.

First visit was a pickup because it’s always busy. They didn’t put all the items in the bag. The food is too over priced to be leaving things out of the order.
