I absolutely love the food at Gaelos no 2. and recently placed a catering order for over 200 tacos from here. The service was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The employee Soledad was so kind over the phone and helped walk me through the order and how many people it would feed. She even asked me if I would want the toppings on the side or on top of the tacos. She also gave me a phone number I could text or call if I had any questions about my catering order. Additionally, they made it possible for me to pick up my catering order at 10am the day of our event even though they do not open until 10:30. When the food was picked up it was packaged impeccably. Each tray was sealed and put into boxes and those boxes were put into a crate and insulated bag for easy carrying and transporting. This catering experience was fabulous all the way through and those working at this establishment are the epitome of professional, good-hearted, and kind. Not to mention the tacos were fresh, loaded, and delicious. I also greatly appreciated the generous amount of garnishes, toppings, sauces, and rice that they provided with the food. Prices were extremely fair for the quality and taste of the food here. What a gem! Thank you so much to the wonderful people that work here and helped make my event great!

First time they opened we fell in love with their good quality food. We were so excited to have a good Mexican place close to us for a reasonable price but it has become very pricey and the food is not close to what it used to be. We are very disappointed.

Gaelos is a hidden gem which more people need to know about! Amazing food, great drinks, and wonderful staff—what more could you ask for?
The housemate tortilla chips are thick and crispy but not oily. The trio of salsas cover all the bases. The tacos are amazing and prices are so good it’s hard not to indulge (try their platter of 20 mini tacos!), and the margaritas are the perfect balance of tart and sweet (but not over sweet like so many are). And we have yet to have even a mediocre service experience. This is our go-to place for authentic Mexican!

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and took advantage of one of these specials and it did not disappoint. Everybody in our party loved the food and the amount for the price. They brought fresh chips and some salsas to begin and refilled our chips twice since our kids were devouring them.
It is very clean, group and family friendly restaurant. It has plenty of parking in their own lot and has wheelchair ramp. Decorations and lights throughout gave a great impression

Great food! Vegetarian enchiladas had zucchini, squash, bell peppers, and corn. Pork platter was already really good. Got the strawberry margarita and it wasn’t too sweet which was perfect!

Found this place on grubhub/seamless and ordered 4 times in a row from this place.soft tacos with al pastor, hurraches with beef birria, their tostadas with carne asada, holyyy moly the most authentic and freshest mexican place i’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I’m a bit of a foodie and i’m constantly trying new restaurants in new york city all the time, but mann did this place blow my mind. highly recommend a++++++ for authentic mexican food

Food was great, very delicous. Watch out, they have hidden fees in their prices of their food. They do not charge what is advertised on the menu. They claim their point of sale system charges the correct price and the menu price is wrong. This is illegal and false advertising according to the Consumer Fraud Act. The owner refused to charge the correct price on the menu.
