Pizza was okay for the price of $13 so if budget is a concern then you’ll be fine with this. I ordered garlic cheese bread and the put garlic and cheese in between a sub roll. My 6 year old could make a better garlic bread, just absolute laziness.

Not a bad cheesesteak especially since I have tried others in this area, just wish it was larger for the price paid then again that’s what is happening all over. Pizza could have had more sauce but was good tasting. All in all Papa’s gets another order in the future

If I could give a negative review I would. Played smelled like dawn soap which in turn made the food taste like it. Then there were chicken bones on my mozzarella sticks plate. Lastly they gave us a huge attitude about it and didn’t wanna give us our money back. Never ever eat there!!

Papa Luigi has changed since we last ordered for the kids sports events. The food is just NOT good anymore, the buffalo wings were wings without the buffalo, the panzerotti was runny with no flavor & the pizza was just ok!! Ordered 30 wings and requested extra crispy; they were soggy. Ordered a large steak stromboli that smelled off, as if something was old. I tasted it in case it was just the smell, tasted horrible. This was a take out order. I called and informed the manager who asked that I return the items. She also asked how much of the stromboli we ate, in which I replied I only took one bite (spit out) but that I already had cut and served two slices; which I placed back in the box to show only a bite was missing. When I arrived, the manager already seemed bother with an angry look. When I approached the counter, she opened the stromboli box, picked up a slice, smelled it and said it smells fine. She then said she cooked the wings and they are crispy, without opening the box of wings. I replied they are not crispy at all, they are soggy. I replied I even made sure to order them as extra crispy. She disagreed and only refunded the stromboli. I told her to keep the wings because it’s not about the money, the fact is the wings are soggy. She had the nerve to ask if I’m sure because they are going to trash the wings. Keep the wings lady, I hope you feel bad because I had no reason to lie about soggy wings. I traveled 30 minutes. You let your ego get in between you and a customer. Paid $68.19, only refunded $21.39 (stromboli). Scroll down and read the other 1 star review… it seems this manager’s mannerism wasn’t just with me… I’ll pray for you lady… your behavior needs to change. Don’t take customer concerns personally. Grow from them… do better for the sake of your business/ integrity.

My wife and I order from here anytime we want take out. We’ve had pizza, subs, cheese steaks, fries, and whenever my parents visit they usually get a big serving of lasagna! It’s our go to! Not overly priced and run by a good group of people. Thank you for great pizza!

Imagine ordering two simple sides that come with gravy and finding a whole meatball in the gravy! Not disappointed; very pleasantly surprised.
This place is awesome! Friends and I order from here at least 1-3 times a week and are never disappointed. Also, their veggie deluxe with ricotta hits all the right places.

We ordered from here this weekend. The pizza showed up with 3 long black hairs baked into it. We called and the OWNER said she would not refund us our money, only store credit. She also said she was going to charge us $3 for the slice that was eaten.
We understand that things happen, but were grossed out by the hair and wanted our money back. The owner REFUSED. She insisted on picking up the pizza (no problem) which had one slice missing (my bf ate his piece before I found the hair). We asked for our delivery fee back as well and were told “are you kidding me”? She then HUNG UP on us.
The delivery driver came back out, picked up the pizza and we were refunded for the pizza only.
When I posted on FB about our experience the OWNER once again attacked me. She had seen a police vehicle parked in front of my house (not mine) and posted that as a city service worker I should not be posting complaints.
Either way, based on the God awful service and disgusting hairs in the pizza, we will not be back.
