Ordered from here many times.
Always something minor that gets me. This time a third of the pizza is missing. Well. More like bread only.
And last time ordering was missing my ranch sauce when I did have it ordered through Uber Eats.

Dined in, ordered pizza and wings. It was about a 15-20 min wait. Pizza was a 4.5 out of 5 (pizza was beautiful) awesome taste on crust( garlic) optional. Wings were 0 stars out of 5 (nasty) i dont recommend the wings at all! 4 stars on food was for the pizza only! Wings are too old or re cooked cant even describe!

I really don’t like to give bad reviews, but sometimes it is necessary to help the next guy. We tried again. After having had a bad experience with this location preciously, we thought we’d give it one more try.
Pizza was never delivered almost two hours. When we called to find out what, they informed us that it was on the shelf. We have paid for and ordered delivery. They offered nothing. Then when we asked to toll to the manager, now supposedly it is somehow out for delivery with DoorDash. Again, lack of taking ownership and offering something for the inconvenience. We ordered delivery because my wife and I were trying to leave for our night out and wanted to have the pizzas here for our daughter and her friends.
Try any other place. This place is not worth it.

When this location first opened we got a pizza and I SWORE I’d never order another. Then I tried a calzone about a year or so later. It was so good! Then I tried another pizza. This is suprisingly THE BEST pizza in Bountiful for delivery…without gouging prices. I dont know what happened when they first opened but that issue is fixed.

The pizza was fabulous as always. Fast service. The review is mostly for the boys working the night of the 4th of July. They were sweet, kind, and helpful went above and beyond. Even wrote happy 4th on our pizza box as they knew our family was going to do fireworks. It’s unusual to find such good hearted young men. My family appreciates them and their friendliness. We will be returning.

Gotta say I’ve had Marco’s in the past and the pizza I ordered tonight was clearly inferior. Noticed the cheap cheese other chains like MOD and Lucky Slice. The bread looks nothing like it used to and tastes bland. Pretty sure there is supposed to be three kinds of cheeses on it, only counting 1 here.

Literally the worst service imaginable. This was my first time ever having Marcos pizza. Went through drive thru window, employee opened the window & just stared at me, didn’t say a word. Then he motioned his hand at me like “what?” So I just said my name. He walked off, came back handed it to me and he didn’t say a word. Entire interaction was had without him acknowledging or saying anything to me. Thought it was an off occurrence, so I came back another time & unfortunately this guy was there again. Same exact thing happened. Most annoying part is both times I tipped online before receiving the order. Wish I could go back & dispute the tips because there’s no way I’d be tipping someone that acts like that. Genuinely weird guy.
Furthermore I will not be returning here, I don’t feel comfortable having my food made by this man. He should not be in a customer facing position. I just think if he dislikes his job so much I do NOT want him handling my food. Went to the location in Layton & wow the experience was so much better.
