Two times in a row now we order online and it says 45 minutes and an hour later there are no text updates and no food. We call and it takes them a while to find the order and the they say it is on the way. It is obvious that they haven’t even started it yet. The food is usually good but 2 of the 3 entrees we ordered were not very good at all. Maybe under new management? Too bad. They used to be one of our go to options. Gave food three stars because it used to be very good. Not the last two times.

We went there as our first customers and had Chicken egg rolls and Steamed soup dumplings as appetizers. Our main course was Chicken kung pao with chow mein and Shrimp kung pao with fried rice, but it wasn’t outstanding. However, I enjoyed our appetizers, especially the egg rolls, which had more flavor, and the Steamed dumplings, which were like a soup. I added black sauce and took it in one bite. The service was great, possibly because it wasn’t crowded, and the lady who served us was friendly. We even got fortune cookies that tasted like they were five years old when I chewed them, like rubber!

Came for lunch. Got the pork chowmein entre. This came with a side of friend rice, one small egg roll, and a cup of egg drop soup. First of all, the timing these came out were really fast. And the temperature was piping hot! Maybe a little too hot but that goes to show they make it right then and dish it out. Flavors were great!
Only had one server for the whole floor and she was doing well to keep up. Just running around with her hair on fire.

Very bad customer service. I called today to place an order and one of the employees answered. I ordered the house friend rice that I always order, and the employee was asking me which one I wanted. I explained that I am a regular customer there, and have been a regular customer there for 3 years now, and the employee said that I need to make my decision what I want and just hung up the phone on me. I called back to speak to the owner, because the owner knows me to explain to her what happened, and the employee just picked up the phone and hung up on me. Very sad to leave a restaurant that I have been going to for 3 years, but time to find another chine restaurant to take my business to.

This has got to be the best hot sour soup I’ve had. Love me some hot sour soup. The flavor was soo good. Had a great lunch service was so pleasant. Definitely found my new spot for Asian Cuisine.

I’m so glad this place, only moved to a different location in rancho bernardo, we ordered the lemon pepper chicken, and crispy pork, it was very good, the sauce was on the side so there for my dish wasn’t to wet it was still crispy and hot, lemon garlic pepper chicken was very good, portions are awesome, this place gives you a good portion of product., it’s a nice restaurant.

My first trying Iron Wok Chinese cuisine and as a first time customer I am deliciously satisfied. I wanted some authentic Chinese food to soothe me after a long day and found Iron Wok and decided to Order dinner. The House Special chicken w/Lo Mein was the selection for the night. Not only was the portions hearty the flavors danced off my tongue. The soy the garlic amazing. Thank you for dinner and serving the RB community Will be back ! T

Ordered dinner for two over the phone for delivery. Paid $61. Sweet and sour pork was over cooked and dry with sauce on the side. Rubber!!!!
Our meal was delivered cold, taste like cheap fast food – dropped to garbage!!!! The price is not adequate the quality. Waste of money and time!!!
Call them to complain, sent pictures—no response. No receipt was given on delivery. Will file dispute with my credit card.
