Stopped on for the first time & lemme just say it’s pretty dank! The salad was fresh, toppings for days to pick from. The ladies were friendly and helpful. The place was clean & quiet.

When first walking into Saladworks I was greeted kindly. There were a couple of people before us but this was my first time in so my mom and I started looking at the different dressings they have posted. They have a variety of choices including ranch & Cesar. Not to mention all the topping choices. When it was our turn to order, I explained to the general manager, Kari it was our first time and with no hesitation she was super excited to spill her knowledge and help us make our decisions. You do have the option to create your own salad or choose from one of their 12 salad choices. There’s also an option to get a sandwich and a salad together or soup!! I am definitely impressed with this place and we will be back!!

Good option for people trying to eat healthy. Think of a salad bar but set up like a chipotle rather than a self serve salad bar. Good options at this salad bar.
Other options available: soups, sandwiches/ panini, cookies.
Service: was not crowded/no wait. Staff were very friendly.
Atmosphere: ok. Think chipotle.
Location: car centric urban planning location. Blah, blah strip mall location.
Could be better; substitutions or lack of substitutions when ordering online. For example, tomatoes taken off and red peppers added, the computer counts this as an addition and not a substitution, adds $1.99 to price of salad. Back in the day this would be a simple substitution and there would be no up charge.

Today was my first time there and it’s probably one of my favorite places now. The food was delicious and fresh, portion was perfect, staff were so helpful and had great recommendations. The dressing I wanted had ran out, so the staff member made more so quickly and I got exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be coming back, maybe even tomorrow!

I went here just recently, the salad was ok. I got a Sophie’s and the apples were so mushy and gross i needed up picking them all out. You’d think there would be fresh fruit/veggies cut daily and the staff wasn’t all that friendly.

The food and the service in the atmosphere are pretty good but the woman with the dark hair and the glasses just has such a terrible vibe. It’s like I understand how crappy it can be to work in food service but you got to at least make believe you don’t hate the customers. I’m sure there’s other things going on in her life and I don’t want her to get in trouble but sadly her presence would keep me from coming back to this location. I hate feeling like I’m putting someone out by asking them to simply do their job.

My first visit was about two and a half years ago when I was looking for something a little healthier to eat. I had the buffalo chicken salad, and it was delicious. I have no idea why I have not been back until tonight. We had dinner there, the Sophie salad for me and my friend had the Cobb salad. Both were perfectly prepared and served. The raspberry vinaigrette was the star of the evening. Service was great, dining area spotless, prices good. It’s a little out of the way so, I hope I can remember to add it to my list of favorite stops.
