I’ve eaten at several Culvers in the area, but haven’t been here till today. The cashier (Felicity) was amazing! The food was great and fresh. Despite a lot of folks eating there, the food came quickly and was exactly how we ordered. This renewed my faith in Culvers in the south. Also, the Packers live is real here! Go Pack Go! . I will be back!

The service was good. The food was hot. However, I was disappointed with the size of the hamburger patty. It is thin just as thin as a Burger King patty. It taste better than Burger King but it does not justify the price. The strawberry shake was delicious. It had pieces of strawberry.

Yesterday was my third visit to the Indian Land, SC location of Culvers. The food is so tasty and we were looking forward to our meal. This was the first time I was disappointed. Kind customers held the door open for us to walk in ahead of them and when we went inside, we stood back and let them go first. There was no one in line till they walked to the one open cash register. We had time to notice that the other registers didn’t have cashiers and the worker manning the pick up station only handled that one job. There were 4-5 additional workers behind the counter chatting while seemingly waiting to have meals to deliver to customers.
When it was our turn to order, the cashier was very nice and answered questions well. We were disappointed when we visited the drink station initially and for drink refills–the area had not been cleaned in quite a while.
Once we were seated, we looked around the dining room and realized there were just a few other occupied tables and the drive-through was doing a very busy business. It seemed to take quite a while for our food to arrive–but I didn’t think to check how long it actually took.
When the food arrived, my husband was immediately disappointed as he ordered the fish and the serving was much smaller than expected; he had seen people served the fish previously and the portion was generous. The broccoli was cooked nicely and was tasty. The cheese curds were delicious.
I could see that my burger had been very hastily prepared; it was sloppy, the bacon wasn’t laid across the burger as usual–just tossed on and there was already mayonnaise on the outside of the bottom of the bun. After I took a bite of my bacon deluxe burger, I realized that there was a huge hunk of burger missing. I did enjoy my cheese curds.
I am hoping this was an “off” night and that the employees haven’t become complacent. It didn’t seem as though a manager was there making sure everyone was busy and paying attention to details. I’ll try this location again with the hope this new Culvers will be back on track.

Culver’s is the absolute best! The staff is so welcoming and the atmosphere is great. The food is always hot and delicious. We love coming here as it reminds us of home (WI). I defy you to find a better burger.

Service was a little slow, but it must be mentioned that they were extremely busy both inside dining and drive thru. A small sundae offered because of slow service which we appreciated.

These people are amazing and polite. I had a door dash order issue where I was only delivered my drinks (I ordered 4 meals). I called Culver’s and they allowed me to come pick up my order and made everything fresh for me. I’ll be back!! Amazing customer service and staff!!!

Our family has become fans of Culver. The price is premium but the food is served hot, not oily and fresh. If I could critique this location it would be slow down and look into the bag that items are being placed for the customer. Lots of small mistakes such as forgetting sauce, and items in the bag. Our last DD order the bun was missing. Communication between the young workers is essential. The manager was very nice and addressed a small problem we had on our last order. We will continue to come to this location.

I went in to grab a quick bite and I was not disappointed. I ordered the spicy chicken which was delicious and spice level was perfect. I received great service by a young woman named Layal. She was very friendly, and sweet! It’s refreshing to see a young person providing great customer service like it used to be back in the day! Will definitely be back again!
