Oh my God people, please do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant. The food is mind blowing! The seafood is all fresh, never frozen, and you can taste it! It was all perfectly grilled. And the menu is beyond unique. Diana took great care of us, and the owner was sure to stop me and ask how everything was with our meal. I was so impressed. We knew it was going to be great just from the salsa when we sat down. Just look these pictures, if you can’t tell the portions we’re HUGE and the price was low. We loved it and will be back! And we have so much wonderful food left over we will have an amazing dinner of left overs.

Way to expensive for the little food you get. I got a Philly cheese steak that came on a hotdog bun and a small 25 cent bag of chips and drink for $20. I was very disappointed and the taste wasn’t all there. No mushrooms or onions just cheese and questionable meat. I wont eat here again. But other than that, the ladies were very nice

The seafood tower is amazing..delish .full of fresh seafood and pr sented so beautiful ly.
I had enough for another dinner.
They have a tex mex and regular Mexican menu besides the seafood. Modelo is on tap.

I lived in Mexico for almost 5 years and have never had better Mexican street food outside of Guadalajara than tampiquena. if you want authentic, delicious tacos, you have to try this place. The Carnitas were better than in Guadalajara and the tacos Al pastore on the spit were great.

Food is great, and salsa is great. The chips have a different flavor and texture than what you’d find at most places, but they’re not bad. The only thing I find odd is that they’re never busy for as good and reasonably priced the food is.

Don’t understand how this place got 1-3 star reviews. Must be gringos that don’t know great Mexican food. I stopped by with a friend just for beers and then the homemade chips and salsa cam and I new I had to order something. The food was phenomenal! Like a grandmother cooked it for you and they have specials they run during the week. This is one of two places I have found in the area that has perfect Mexican food. I’ll be bringing my mom this weekend. My new best spot for great food! And… the service was awesome!
