We ordered breadsticks and wings. Both were received burnt. On top of that, the wings were not cooked in the sauce, the sauce was dumped on the hours old, burnt wings, cold. When we got home, we realized and called the store immediately. We spoke to the manager Josh who was incredibly rude. We asked for a new, unburnt order and he said no, that the ovens were automated and that’s just how the food came out everytime and there was nothing he could do. So according to him, all food that comes out of that store is burnt and that’s fine with him. I found that hard to believe until I looked at the reviews for this store and saw that almost all of the reviews were one star and other furious customers. I have never been treated so incredibly unprofessional by any business ever. He was so rude, dismissed our concerns and our order that was ruined and offered no solution. So we spent $35 on food that had to go directly in the garbage. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would. This makes Papa John’s franchise look terrible! How is this acceptable to the franchise?

I ordered a New York style pizza and received a pizza with fluffy crust. I had ordered delivery, no issue there. I called into the store and spoke with the only person working at the time. I explained that the pizza was not what ordered and was told that the order was correct. The employee did not offer to remake the pizza I received, he continually talked rudely and aggressively over me and then told me if I wanted a different pizza that I would have to bring it back, which I did. I asked for his name, the managers name and he said that he didn’t have to tell me that. I then asked for corporates number and he told me he didn’t have to provide me that information either.
This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I did call corporate to make a complaint and they happily listened and told me that would call me back, which never happened. I called a second time and asked for an update and again was told I would receive a return phone call which also never happened. Now I have received 4 texts in the last 6 weeks soliciting me to order another pizza, I found that hilarious.
Papa John’s lost a good customer without a care in the world. This is their loss and reputation.

Pizza labeled 1 was the first order and labeled 2 is the replacement they sent..
I ordered a pizza with half chicken, bacon and onions, and other half with mushrooms and pineapple. As you can see the 1st was a little chunk of chicken and a little chunk of mushrooms and some didn’t even have toppings. 2nd pizza was 3 slice with some chunk chicken, chunk of onions and that’s that. Absolutely horrible, prepared with no care and salty to a point that was barely atible. DO NOT Order from here as it clearly shows that they do not care for their customers and how they prepare their pizza.

My number 1 papa john’s in naples, I always order over the phone and pickup in store. Unfortunately i cannot remember his name for the life of me, but the guy with the doodle bob tattoo is the absolute best. The pizza is always hot and fresh with only the best service. Sometimes i don’t even really want pizza that much but I’ll go get it anyways just to stop by and say hi because of how awesome that guy is.

Papa Johns is good for delivery pizza but there are simply not enough papa johns pizzas in the Naples area. This one is always busy and doesn’t deliver to all of North Naples. The next papa johns is on Bonita and 41. There needs to be a papa johns somewhere on 951.

Sorry but I’m not buying at this shop ever!!! The size of the slices are ridicules!!! There so small it’s sad! They touch money and everything in site and still keep making food ! CDC says wash your hand I guess they didn’t get that message!!!!!! . Topping that’s a joke 2 pieces of bacon if I was so lucky to find on the slices

As a long time lover of Papa Johns, I would choose this business as my go to for fast delivery pizza. I’ve always turned to them vs others for the majority of my life. This store has completely and totally ruined that. They have a female manager in charge who is completely and utterly rude. As a past food and beverage employee I can understand a bad day or a mistake but the last not one, not two, but three times we have ordered from this location it has been wrong. When you call to rectify the situation, willing to pay mind you, this angry female employee answers the phone and does absolutely nothing to help other than to tell you how wrong you are and instead of making it right, gets defensive. Listen, i understand mistakes are made but if you hate your job that much then find a different line of work. No one is forcing you to be there. Needless to say my buisness will go literally anywhere else and I will NEVER order papa jobns again. Not better ingredients better pizza more like lack of care and terrible attitude.

Placed a delivery order for one large pizza. Total cost was almost 40 dollars. Was not made aware that they were using DoorDash as a 2nd party delivery service. Delivery was late because driver was not given the hotel room number. Somewhat my fault for not questioning the cost, but they still should have made me aware that they were outsourcing the delivery. Would not order from here again. Lesson learned.
