I have had a few not-so-great experiences here, but for the most part it usually doesn’t disappoint. I ordered a chicken strip basket recently and it was lukewarm and the fries seemed like they had been sitting for a long time (room temperature and stale), however I got two large Blizzards and they were filled past the brim, which I really appreciated! I am unsure if one of the workers is a manager (he usually has a different colored shirt than other staff), but he’s always so pleasant to see in the drive-thru and seems to go above and beyond. He even gave my dog a free pup cup one time – super sweet and made our day!

We just went through the drive‑thru and were greeted by Moe, and I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about him. His kindness, professionalism, and warm energy made our whole visit feel special.

The food was great!! Just how I remember from when I was little.
But I need to point out I ordered on GrubHub at like 8pm on the 26th because I had just moved in to a new place and had nothing to eat. It was canceled a bit after 10pm.
No problem.
I ordered again for lunch and put extra chicken and toast on the order so it would last an extra meal. As it was it was still three meals and desert for a week but in the screenshots you’ll see I didn’t get what I ordered, what I PAID for. Theft. Not in my nostalgic memory of DQ
Also did not need five gravies oops
And yeah what you see is what I got. +2 chickens paid for, only +1 arrived. Extra toast paid for, didn’t come. Great. Thanks.
Now I’m sick and hungry and went to GrubHub thinking I’ll order something and saw and remembered DQ stole from me . . . stole from a disabled woman who just moved and it made me sick.
It’s a lot of food already yeah but you don’t know why I ordered extra. I could have planned extra meals like I did, or been feeding a small family.
Guessing someone either made a mistake or thought they were saving someone a heart attack?
Either way when I asked GrubHub for help they refused because of the cancelled order the night before. Hence why I’m calling this theft.
I didn’t cancel the order! But I was told that because of . . . ugh I wish I had saved the conversation but basically there were too many bad orders on “this or other accounts”???
I made my GrubHub account forever ago and never used it. Like I’m pretty sure I’ve had it for ten years and now I have two orders on it, both from DQ, one was cancelled due to it not being delivered by the time the store closed.
So because of that I was stolen from. By both GrubHub and DQ.

The service here was unlike anywhere Ive been. The cashier had a positive, friendly and inviting tone which Ive never seen in other food places. The food came quick and the crew member hand delivered my ice cream, which I found surprising. The food and service has been better than any restaurant I’ve been to. I would absolutely come back to this Dairy Queen when Im in the area.

This review is for the custom cake decorator! W W!!! Over the weekend of December 14th I threw my husband a lumberjack themed birthday party with red and black buffalo plaid. I told them I didn’t really care what they did with the cake as long as they made it go with the theme. They totally put red and black plaid on the cake and made the sides look like tree bark! The font was very professional and perfect too. I was seriously so surprised in the best way. I hope the cake decorator sees this review. Amazing work & creativity! Thank you!!!

The staff was not very friendly and seemed like I was an annoyance to them. When I asked a question they made me feel dumb for asking. They were acting like kids and constantly playing around with each other and screaming and yelling really loud while we were trying to eat.
The food was barely mediocre. The hamburgers we got had so much mustard on them that my kids and I had to get napkins to try and wipe as much off as we could just to be able to eat them.
The tables were all dirty and didn’t look like anyone had been out to clean things up in a while.
I will not be returning to this location.
