The bun was falling apart when we went to bite into it. It hadn’t even been toasted. The French fries were so salty and they were freezing. We could not even eat it. I had to take the tomato off, because every time we took a bite, the bread fell apart. This was the most disappointing waste full money that I’ve ever spent on food, I had to get my own bun and just put their stuff on there, you need to step it up.Carl’s Jr. you’re pictures do not look like your drive through food. I think this should be false advertising. I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in years and I actually wanted a salad. I looked online and they said that they serve salads there. I guess it must have been not updated. HenSaid, we serve those years ago.nLike I said before , I haven’t been any long time and this time I will never go back

Well, the food was so good, I forgot to take a pic til I was almost done.
Clean inside and out, and as always, way better than any other fast burger joint I’d normally visit.
Cashier was friendly and willing to explain the difference between some similar items.
Price was a bit higher than I expected, but the rest makes that easier to believe.
Definitely come here and buy food, and dine in. So yum.

The 1/3 pound Angus Guacamole Bacon burger looked like a single normal patty. Even though I paid way more for the Angus version. Burger tasted good. Overall food was tasty and fresh. Wanted to use the restroom but of course you have to ask to be let in. Let’s punish all customers for the actions of a few. Makes me feel unwelcome so I won’t be back to this location. The Carl’s Jr by my house doesn’t lock customers out of the restrooms. Do you see any Guacamole? So little on there that you can barely taste it.

I ordered door dash and it took the order to this store I ordered a loaded burrito meal with an orange juice and a double western bacon Cheeseburger meal with a strawberry lemonade & 6 piece star nuggets . I didn’t receive my handy rounds nor my orange juice & I didn’t get the strawberry lemonade i received a regular lemonade & it didn’t even take like lemonade PURE WATER . They prices are ridiculous and for the workers not to do the job right ??????

They can make a good sandwich but don’t go there late. I arrived at 10:45 on 06/30/25 and sat there waiting to order but no one responded so I pulled forward and noticed 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. I backed up to the speaker box and said hello a couple times but no response. When the people left in front of me, I pulled forward to the window and told the guy working at the register that I’d been waiting since 10:45 and he said “we’re closed”. I explained that the website says you’re open till 11. He replies “I have to clean up!” I was pretty disappointed b/c the least he could’ve done was reply to me at the speaker box and lmk they were closed rather than make me wait for 10 minutes to find that out. RUDE!
It’s fine if they want to close early, at 10:45, then change your advertised hours online & on Google so customers are not expecting them to be open until 11pm. Bad customer service.
At least they know how to make it right! I had a Santa Fe chicken sandwich at 2 different Carl’s Jr. and they were terrible. I was beginning to think it was a real problem until I came here and this one was made perfectly! Well thank you very much for doing your job correctly.

Great area , loved the food excellently cooked , the only reason for me that’s it’s a 4 not a 5 star is some of the staff where rude and didn’t do there jobs to the expectations of the business ..

I’ve eaten here before and thank goodness I was buying for two because when redeeming promos off the app this restaurant has a tendency to botch the first order attempt to slyly force another purchase out of you and being rude to you for being frugal. I’m irritated and writing instead of eating which pisses me off more.!!!

Rude, rude, rude! They never answered the speaker so I drove around to the window, maybe it wasn’t working. The employees were just standing by register. A heavy set gal stomped over to answer the window and made reference to ordering back at the speaker, mind you it was not busy. Then she slammed the window shut. A younger gal came asked what I wanted at that point nothing. Plane rude. I think the heavier Gal lives in front of the store In her van.
