Our first experience at Bravo! was amazing. The server knew we were newbies and walked us through the menu in such a friendly manner. The atmosphere felt very upscale and pleasant. Once the food arrived, which was quickly, it was hot, fresh and just as ordered. My wife and I shared our meals, and we enjoyed both. I really like that the experience was great, and unlike the Italian place just around the corner, there wasn’t an hour wait.

Bravo! is fantastic every time we visit. Usually we attend as a party of five. The food is excellent and always served to perfection. The wait staff is kind, friendly, and accommodating. Prices are a little bit higher than the average chain restaurant but the quality of the food and the service justifies it.

I have ordered take out from Bravo plenty of times but my past few experiences have been VERY disappointing… the proportion size in my takeout box was a joke and the food did not taste very fresh! The bread they put in the bag with the order was extremely cold and not fresh either. My friend ordered a pizza and it was put together very sloppy and she stated it tasted very dry and the crust was terribly hard. I refuse to spend any more of my money at this restaurant if I am not getting nearly what I am paying for.

The chicken marsala was dry, salmon was hard, pasta was so dry & hard we couldn’t get it out of the bowl. The service was horribly slow & we had to ask for drinks, clean plates, silverware & ask to clean the table & the restroom was filthy! Very disappointed

I was there celebrating two friends birthdays, the food was okay not great and the portions were too small, we all left still hungry and broke. If you are going charge those prices and there should be more food on the plates. I would not recommend my friends and family go there, especially if they are hungry.

Absolutely fabulous! From the soup -Italian wedding – fresh delicious salad -Insalata Fresca – with Brussel sprouts! – to the main course – Spaghetti and meat balls – and Grilled Chicken Marsala – we had NOT one complaint! – Our waitress Christina could not have been more attentive! Food was served hot, fresh – and quickly! Bread with sun dried tomato – olive oil dip was great! AND do not forget to get a canolli! Overall one of the best Italian restaurants in Charlotte so far! – we have tried many!

This place is terrible. The food is overpriced and nothing special. Last time I ate there, I got food poisoning. Look up their Mecklenburg County health scores review before going!
