We’ve been fans of Rio Bravo for years and their food truck continues to serve up the best Mexican food in the Terlingua area! The stacked red beef enchiladas with real deal homemade enchilada sauce and handmade tortillas are The. Bomb. Love the outdoor dining vibe as well!

Cool little food truck in a rustic spot on the outskirts of Terlingua. I had the chili Colorado (red) and verde (green) versions of the burritos. If you happen to be here, it’s worth stopping for a quick bite!

We had the beef fajita quesadilla, chicken flautas, and chicken tacos. Everything was great! Meal came with entree, small salad, rice, beans, and some of the best salsa we have ever had. Highly recommend! Food truck sits behind office for RV park across from Cottonwood grocery store. There is a sign viewable from the road.
