We went to Viccinos for Valentine’s. We started in the bar and I would give the ladies who were bartending 10 stars if I could. They were fun to talk with and really quick to get the drinks.
The problem was after we ordered. It took an hour for our food to come out. We didn’t order anything difficult, just straight from the menu. People who sat after us finished eating before our meal was even served. We were very disappointed. We were finally served after complaining to our waiter.

Pizza use to be good now they put a table spoon of sauce and half a handful of cheese with too much crust… the dough is good though. 19$ for a flavorless pizza. Avoid it save yourself the disappointment.

The website is down all the time. Their staff is incredibly rude. You will tell them the websites down they will say no it’s not as you’re looking at the website message telling you it’s down. Incredibly unprofessional this place really went downhill when they sold to whoever bought this place. They suck

First and foremost, they serve genuine hamburger, not frozen patties. Their fries are of a thick cut. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I loved my food and will be ordering from here again, I highly recommend this place. My order was delivered, so I can’t speak to the inside.

Got a crab cake sandwich earlier in the week, took one bite and could immediately tell the crab cake was expired/had gone bad. Called to let them know for customer safety and they were very apologetic. However, I gave them a second chance today and a found a fly in the mac and cheese. Giving a two star because the cashier was apologetic over the phone. Absolutely disgusted and will not be going back.
