Stop here after my Dermatology appt. 1st time trying & I really enjoyed . Seem like a more healthy version of CAVA & Chipotle. Tons of options for sides but some are considered premium so careful cause prices will spike. Staff were all very friendly, helpful & attentive. I have the Create-Your-Own with caramelized garlic steak, mixed greens, parmesan, avocado, cucumbers & apples. I added pesto to steak & ceasar for salad.
Overall pretty tasty, steak could’ve been more tender, but i’ll def be back to try other options.

Salads are always good, generous portions of everything and reasonably priced for what you get. The music also creates a great vibe while you’re waiting in line.
I stopped in today for a salad and I want to give a huge shoutout to Danny. From his pleasant demeanor to recommending which type of chicken I should try (I usually get salmon), his customer service truly stood out. He’s a prime example of how food service professionals should engage with customers.

I’ve been a fan of sweetgreen for years, so I was so excited when we finally got one on Long Island.
When I first tell people about it, they think it’s just salads, but it’s so much more than that. Everything here is always fresh, great portion sizes, fast, and affordable for a full meal filled with everything you could want. There’s a ton of variety, and I easily go there 2-5 times a week getting something new each time.
The team is always super friendly and accommodating, and I’ve never had any issues with service. Occasionally there might be a mistake, which is completely understandable at a fast and busy place like this, but they always fix it quickly and with a smile.
I usually order for pickup through the app, and either take it to go or eat in at the tables and chairs. It’s bright, clean, modern, and even show where the ingredients come from on a board up front.
I definitely recommend using the app, since there is a reward system with new challenges to try new things and get $5-7 off your meals.
It’s my go to for a fast and full meal any day of the week.

Been here a few times and obviously being a chain, Sweetgreens food is always good and generally the same across locations. However, every time I’ve been here the service has been so low-energy and seriously lacking. Employee today literally charged me for an extra topping that I didn’t order (sweet potatoes from regular section are supposed to be free). I tried to explain but when she got another employee for help he also told me to just “swipe my card” instead of listening to the actual issue.
Please train your employees better and not make people swipe for something they never ordered.

I ordered through Uber Eats. There was no issue with the delivery, but the Carmelized Garlic Steak should have really named Cremated Garlic Steak. The steak was dead, and the “spicy” broccoli was completely unseasoned along with the rest of the dish. To make it worse, it arrived cold, and was likely never heated at all.
The food had no redeeming value and was completely inedible. Because of the hype, I was excited to try Sweetgreen, but after this, I will not be going back.

Ordered the Salmon Bowl. The portion of salmon, avocado, and veggies was surprisingly small compared to the price (~$15). Most of the bowl was rice, making it feel unbalanced for something marketed as a fresh, healthy option. Flavor was okay, but not impressive. Sweetgreen’s quality control seems inconsistent lately — premium pricing without premium experience.

I have never been to a sweetgreen and have been given this amount of salad before. That was before and after mixing, the bowl was extremely light and as you can see half empty… incredibly disappointed because I was definitely expecting better.
They didn’t even pack utensils so I had to go buy some from a store.
