This place is one of those Chinese takeouts that will leave you very unsatisfied. I called them so hungry, I could have probably ate a shoe that day. I was craving the “sweet and sour chicken” so I got the dinner combo with the fried rice and egg roll. Starting off with the first bite of that egg roll, and it was a wrap! They don’t have that recipe down folks so don’t order that item please. Next, the fried rice was solid but they only give you two scoops of rice. Child portions. This is obvious with the sweet and sour chicken portion via photo. The sweet and sour chicken was actually good I just wish I didn’t get an 8 piece. Not worth your time not money if you’re hungry.

This the location that I needed from California. They don’t need shove alot of starch down your throat to save money on their food cost. I knew once it was a family ran place it was legit… clean chicken is never chewy like rubber it’s good . The Kung pao is best…. Japanese food

Chinese food is my absolute favorite, so I know a thing a or two about it. Out of all the Chinese food restaurants I’ve ever tried (which are several), this is the only one whose food has NOT made my family nor myself sick. The food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly. Keep doing what you’re doing!

I mean… eh!
Got steak hibachi and fried rice(?). So, you charged me $2.50 to add soy sauce to white rice. Literally nothing else. The steak… dry and cooked to death, shrimp … not bad. Yumyum sauce… fantastic.
Husband got chicken lo mein… came with zero chicken… a bit of carrot, sauce and that’s it.
First time here and really wanted to love it. I wouldn’t throw it away, but for two entrees for $50, I’d go anywhere else.

Wanted to support local businesses and ordered $50 worth of food for dinner and the white rice was the only thing that was good. I don’t know why the miso soup had soy sauce already in it (made it very salty) and my broccoli with garlic sauce was suppose to be clear sauce but this had a different sauce with it. It could very well be my expectations being very high due to eating alot of Asian cuisine but this i just couldn’t finish a couple bites.
Customer service was okay but when I came in the store and cashier did not have a mask on and had to walk across the store to get one and one of the chiefs did not wear a mask either which should have been expected..

Hands down some of the best takeout food I have ever had! They consistently make quality, delicious food. I have always been skeptical about takeout Chinese food (particularly the dishes with chicken), I’ve had some very bad experiences, but Tokyo Grill has restored my faith! Whether it’s the General Tao’s or the Orange Chicken, there dishes always have lean white meat chicken in them!! It so refreshing to get quality takeout Chinese Food!! Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you will NOT regret it!!

HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They overcharged me and refuse to refund it. It was my FIRST TIME. I asked ‘aren’t I supposed to order by number?’ She said ‘NO, you order and I’ll write it down.’ So I ordered, small sizes of everything. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND and she argued with me, talking over me and not listening to me. She said *I* was SUPPOSED to tell her it was a combo. BUT SHE NEVER SAID THAT WHEN I ORDERED. It was my first time and it will be my last, It was a debit card, so I can’t contest it. But I’ll NEVER use a debit card again.
Ordered Gen Tso chkn, ( see photos for descriptions of food), orange chkn, egg roll, so TOUGH had to get stuff out to eat. (pix w/fork), chkn fried rice, 5 tiny pcs chkn, (Lin grill is WAY better chkn), beef lo mein, ( even dog couldn’t chew the beef), pork fried rice. Rice tasted old, was slightly tough. Won ton soup. Won ton wrappers are THIN, maybe the East coast people don’t know this? They are NOT thick noodles. Won ton is supposed to have a lump of meat inside, not what you see in pix. HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE PEOPLE

I only recently moved to northern Virginia. When I was in the mood for Japanese food, I googled “Japanese places near me”, and this was the first one that popped up. I ordered take out, so the service was very quick, the staff when I picked it up was very nice, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I will definitely be back soon!

Ordered delivery. Worst chicken hibachi we’ve had. Other dishes might be better, but we probably won’t order from here again. Greasy, overly salted, and just not good.

Our favorite place for takeout chinese for a few years now! Everything we’ve tried except the fried rice has been good, plenty of meat in them and the portion sizes are huge for the price, they pack the takeout containers to maximum! The beef lo mein is my favorite!
