Friday night called for pizza, so we ordered from Star Pizza & Variety on Grafton St. in Worcester. I’ve driven by it countless times but had never gone in. We tried the Deluxe, the Greek, & a Chicken Bacon Ranch with tomatoes—an unexpectedly great addition. We also got a Buffalo Chicken dinner with some of the crispiest French fries. All in all, really tasty pizza. Who would’ve thought a pizza shop could be a one-stop spot for convenience items & good food?

Excellent customer service, Clean neat and tidy store, Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The food is out of this world, Featuring fresh food and large portions for a very reasonable price. The cooks here are absolutely fantastic. Whether you dine in or take out it will be an excellent 5 ***** star experience thanks to Gabby, Dan and Rose. Take a look at the pizza I just got, It’s a work of art, It tastes as good as it looks and should be on the cover of a magazine or on a billboard. You can see the pride they take in there products. stopped in was doing a job around the corner do not let this place fool you its small but the food is literally amazing! I had a chicken parm calzone that was literally the best I have ever had. I do not do alot of reviews online and I am from Springfield but felt compelled to say how amazing my meal was. Star Pizza is the best and would be worth the drive from springfield to get it again. The negative review on here must be bogus nothing negative at this place.

huuuhhhhghh.. don’t believe all the five star reviews about this place, they’re fake. I’m not from the area. I was actually getting food from the Ghanian place next door when I spotted the pizza shop while waiting for my order from Accra. I went online and saw all the five stars and decided to grab a pepperoni calzone to go. Well… It was a flat, least amount of pepperoni, sauceless calzone. Just look at the photos. Where’s the sauce (inside) the calzone? Why are some parts of my calzone nothing but bread? Could you have used a little more pepperoni? This is most definitely not a five star place. I gave it one star for the convenience store.

These guys have a little bit of everything but their food is amazing! I’m telling you their restaurant is the attraction!! I could go on for days about how nice they are and how hard-working they are and that is true! But I’ll get to the good stuff their pizzas are amazing their dinners are amazing their subs are amazing and I’m not just talking about taste! I promise you vegetables are fresh! Meat portions are always plentiful!!!!! And that’s a big thing for me they definitely deliver thank you guy and girls at 5star keep up the good work

Pizza was fine, the dough should have been better. Idk what was specifically wrong with it but it seemed to soft, a bit mushy. I tried cooking it more but it didn’t solve the fundamental problem. So I suspect the ingredient ratio might have been off.
I was also surprised by the place itself. I was like someone took a gas station, removed the gas pumps and added a pizza oven instead. When I went it has 4.7 stars which does not seem to represent the quality of pizza.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this place was so incredible that I just had to!
The food was amazing, specifically the bacon cheese burger and fries. I’ve had it twice and both times the burger and fries were absolutely perfect, I could also barely fit the burger itself in my mouth, it was huge and super filling! The fries themselves are also top-tier, its rare a place has such good fries.
The atmosphere and people there are also wonderful to be around. The person who took our order was kind and joyful, and made me laugh when I stumbled over my words while ordering, really making me feel comfortable and welcome there!
All things considered, this place was great in every way. The food was good, the people were kind, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will absolutely be coming here more in the future!

Outstanding customer service in a clean vibrant atmosphere with a wonderful, respectful and courteous staff. A Pizza parlor with a well stocked variety store. The food here is fabulous, fresh and full of product and flavor. I had my second pizza here just the other day and it was excellent, the toppings were plentiful and all the way out to the crust edge of the pizza. When I got home and opened the box I was amazed, I thought this pizza belonged on the cover of a magazine or the five O’clock news and the flavor was outstanding. Looking forward to another trip to Star Pizza and Variety.
