Review for the hotel bar at the Saint Regis the grand bar our server was Neri.
We stopped by the Grand Bar at the St. Regis for drinks and it’s a beautiful, elegant space — a really lovely spot for an after-dinner cocktail.
The bartender, Neri, was fabulous, and made us feel very welcome and special.
The complimentary savory snacks served with our drinks were a nice touch. The Negroni was tasty. And my champagne was bubbly and perfectly chilled.
There was also a delightful piano player who was excellent. His music added a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful place to sit, unwind, and enjoy a drink.
One of the best hotel bar experiences we have experienced.

Elegant and incredible service!! Our meal was wonderful and perfectly prepared. Our servers wine recommendation was spot on. Live entertainment. We truly enjoyed our meal!! They made a beautiful salad especially for me that wasn’t on the menu. Very personalized service!!

Tired of heavy Tuscan dishes? Want a more foodie experience with a lovely setting? This is your place. Although expensive, we did not find it to be any more so than other nice restaurants in Florence. The service was outstanding and the food was delightful. We dropped by without a reservation on a Monday night. We were underdressed as originally were going to a more casual place. The staff were welcoming and charming. A nice bottle of wine did add to our expenses but it was worth it. Everything we ate was beautifully prepared and delicious. If in Florence – splurge here!! We were serenaded by a lovely piano player – memorable evening.

It wasn’t too busy during lunchtime – the service was great and very helpful. While the food wash fresh and tasted great, the pasta may might not have been worth the steep price point. Overall I’d eat here again if budget wasn’t an issue and it was convenient.

I really had high expectations. This was my first visit to a michelin star restaurant.
The servise was exaptional, part of the courses ware really good, but others felt not really as i hoped it will be.
Bottom line – great restaurant, but i wouldn’t recomend my friends to spent so much money for this experiance…

Lovely food and great service, eduardo was amazing, helped us pick the best cocktails to drink and gave us a great recommendation to the rooftop bar over the road. Will definitely be back.

Very nice deco, good service but the food just made me wonder how did the restaurant earn it’s Michelin star. Had the degustation lunch set with wine – wine was good but the food was flat in flavour and presentation. Florence is a place with great food, this place simply doesn’t live up to the standard and a slight disappointment for the price point.

Very disappointed. Not sure how they maintain the Michelin rating status. Food dishes, and we tried few, were disappointing. Almost all. Service… very theatrical by one of our waiters. A bit too much but that was not the issue. The location is gorgeous, inside the St Regis Hotel (which may explain the captive audience).
