Great food truck. We ordered the 3-meat alambre and got a bonus fourth meat automatically included: Bacon! Got 3 meals out of it. We’ve eaten at mom and pop Mexican restaurants all over Mexico and this would rank among the best. The birria was the standout. Limited seating and beverage selection are the weak points, but there’s a Safeway at the end of the block that solves the latter problem.

Super disappointing. Got asada, pastor, and barbacoa tacos and none were anything special. The asada was as flavorless as it gets, pastor was ok but nothing to get excited about, and the barbacoa was not great. The guy was nice and the pricing wasn’t bad, but personally I won’t be returning.

I ordered a Pastor (pork) Burrito. They told me this meat comes from the pork shoulder. What I got was about 2 cups of nothing but fat globules rolled up in a tortilla. There was ZERO meat … ONLY FAT!
I returned and got my money back. I showed them the inside of the burrito and they didn’t apologize or offer another one. I don’t know the people who run it, but it’s hard not to take being served something like that as personal.

A new Leadville gem! Tacos were fresh, tasty and authentic and there are a lot of different meat options. When I asked for a veggie taco they made me one with delicious potatoes, black beans and fresh guac. SO GOOD. The truck seems really clean and new inside. I will definitely be back!

I don’t normally post reviews, but we’ve stopped here twice now after snowboarding days at Cooper and everything has been incredibly delicious and fresh. I especially love the torta barbacoa, burritos have been a hit with the family, as well as a huge order of papas fritas. It’s a Leadville gem we’ll keep returning to, and I can’t wait to make our way through the rest of the menu.
