Went to get breakfast on our way out to an event, hopped on the thruway right after, I opened my sandwich and there’s hair on the cheese. Disgusted. Opened the second sandwich and same thing.

I tried the sunrise and sky’s the limit drinks. They taste good but all they really are, are red bull with colored flavoring. Way over priced $5 for a small cup of these. Feel kind of dissapointed. I know the coffee is good though I will stick to that.

I come here every single day at least two times a day and I would love to give a recognition to your cashier/worker Jamie. She is so pleasant and nice. In most places customer service hasn’t been what it used to be. Not only that but she is ALWAYS doing something instead of standing around or being on her phone like most employees. If she ever leaves I’ll be sad and would have to find somewhere else to go. Please give her the recognition she deserves!!!

Waited in a trapped line for 20 mins no exits narrow drive thru while coworker sat outside smoking then got my order crispy if i could rate this location 1-10 i would give it a 4 unbelievable.

Best Tim Horton’s in the area. Always great food and drinks. The staff is very nice, and the management is helpful & friendly.
Many of the reviews for this location talk about a long wait. Although it can sometimes be a bit slow, it’s never as bad as many people make it sound. I’m here everyday, this location is always EXTREMELY busy, so in my opinion the staff is doing pretty good.

This place has got to be the worst Tim hortons ever! Got two hash browns that were still frozen! A bagel with barely any cream cheese! Like come on! Do better! And they are just rude here! No customer service at all.

Hard to see in this pic but that cheese is hard as if it’s been out for days. The bread is also old and stale. This Tim Hortons has been this way for years.
