Dont even try to eat here. They close an hour early, and if you call they get an attitude with you. I dont mind closing early, but if I call at 9 you should be able to make a pizza before 10. You could at least be polite when you tell me you don’t wanna work, instead when I called the boy was a total jerk! This is the same location that refused to give my family a pizza we paid for. My family member got a pizza sent to her work, she knew her friends were hungry and so was she; but they decided to take the pizza back to the shop without saying anything because her boss came out to get the pizza instead of her. The boss used her name and told the delivery driver she ordered the pizza for everyone. The delivery driver still left. She payed over card, and tipped. So we tried to get the pizza delivered to the house and they refused, basically calling me and my family members liars. We told them we have the proof of them taking our money, and still they didn’t give us our pizza. Their food has gone down in quality but up in price anyway. The pizza is doughy, the wings are messed up and different every time (even ordering the same flavor wings will get you 900 different mistakes and tastes. The employees have no idea how to cook- and they all cook differently. Maybe I’m insane but shouldn’t a restaurant have at least a basic recipe to follow/copy for everyone? Shouldnt the food be uniform?) also the actual restaurant is very dirty, with no seating and tons of rude teenagers. I know many people who have applied at this location- who would work very well and do work hard. But instead of hiring the people in ferry who are begging to work hard- you hire some rude and irresponsible thieves.

Even though it is an extremely busy evening because its Valentines Day my family and I received excellent service with warm smiling faces, exceptional hot and fresh food, and we received our order quickly with no wait at all. Placed order online. Got there and was told that my food would be another 5-10 more minutes. After 45 minutes and asking if my good was ready I finally received my order. Pizza was good but I was not impressed with the service. I would have been more understanding if there were more busy but it was definitely not.

I have ordered from this location 2 times (online). The first time I ordered from here it took 2 hours to get my order to me and my home at most is only 2-3 miles from the pizza shop . I got my food and the food was good but it shouldn’t take 2 hours just for pizza. My most recent order( again online ) was around 8pm and they closed at 9 pm, I placed the order, it was deducted from my card and message said it would be about an hour, which was fine but when I called the store a little time later to see if my order was completed, the worker said that she didn’t receive my order. So I checked to see if my money had been refunded to my card , it showed that I got back all my refund except like a dollar and change. I have been told by several of my friends that ordered from this location that they will cancel the order if it’s close to closing time especially if it’s a big order. So for future reference if you decide to order from this location , do it a couple hours before closing or order from their competitors .

I called in the order it was supposed to be ready in half an hour got there after 20 minutes waited another 20-25 minutes for the pizza I ordered. They apologized for the wait. The pizza was tasty. On the website the toppings are on top of the cheese. The pizza i got had the cheese on the toppings. Strange i thought. Tasty but not great.

on valentines day my mother called and ordered a detroit pizza, she was starving and ready to eat, and told her coworkers she would feed them too. the pizza never came, my mother and multiple coworkers waited, called the restaurant and checked for the delivery man. also, she payed with a cashapp card so they stole her money. when i called for my mom asking to get the pizza we never got, they said they couldnt help. the nasally male manager i spoke with was rude and condescending, and i will be leaving more bad reviews. i will also be going to the restaurant to complain to his higher up too. defelice is no longer good food, its liars and theives. i gave multiple people the order name and number my mother used, they even confirmed that she made the order with her card, but they couldnt help. so they stole my mothers money on purpose, told my mother she could get the pizza when she wanted after they refused to deliver, and then when we tried to get what we payed for they said no. these employees and the “owner” make themselves look good in comments, and then lie and refuse to help in real life. i will be calling the number the “owner” left and making sure they know how low and disgusting this location and its employees are. honestly doubt the owner is really commenting… cant trust any of these liars anymore, will be complaining about the comment responding to this post too.

Ordered the taco pizza. And I won’t ever again. It’s mediocre at best. The most plentiful topping is lettuce. Hardly any cheese . 2nd item was the sausage appetizer. Once again very basic and little flavor. I frequent the area often. And had wanted to give the place a try. I won’t again. This an honest opinion post and not meant to bash the establishment.

There good is made fresh and it is delicious. The staff is friendly as is the delivery drivers. The kitchen, cooking and cleaning stations are very clean and the staff washes hands before handling food after waiting on a customer.
Very respectful crew.
