Subways can be hit or miss, so I’m always a little nervous to try a brand new one. However this one was super clean, had a great staff, and the food was great. The bathrooms were also super clean. I would definitely recommend this subway to anyone wanting a quick sub. Was very impressed

I had ordered a Pepperoni and meatball sub and it was supposed to be ready by 7:45 pm but I had arrived at 8:10 pm and place was closed and my food sitting on the Togo rack. I could see my food but the workers had closed early and left it sitting there

I will echo what others have said, this is not the best Subway I’ve ever visited. I was not greeted when I walked in the door, the employee behind the counter just stopped what he was doing stared at me a second and went back to doing what he was doing. He didn’t even address me or ask me what I wanted, I just walked up to him and started ordering. Halfway through making my sandwich he stopped to toast it, rung me up including touching my cash and coins and then started to make my sandwich again with the same gloves. I had to ask him to change gloves which he did begrudgingly. Sandwich was fine, if you’re eating at this chain you know what you’re getting. Just don’t expect a warm welcome and if you’re particular about cleanliness keep your eyes on who’s making your sandwich.

The service was amazing, I forgot the girl’s name that was there last night (01/28). She worked alone yesterday, but she worked fast, she was very friendly & welcoming. And our food was perfect.
The employee from last night showed what a valuable employee is, we don’t have many of them anymore, but she was definitely it & I truly hope Subway notices the difference she makes.

I would stop at a different subway. I ordered online thinking it would be faster. Boy was I wrong. The employee argued with me saying I hadn’t ordered anything and I had it on my phone. He put mayo on my sandwich and I didn’t order it. He didn’t care. The sprite had absolutely no syrup in it. It was nothing but carbonated water. And who runs out of straws??? Both employees were rude and acted they had better things to do. If you are on I-40 travelling, stop at the next subway.

The night employees are wonderful, they are friendly and knowledgeable about your sandwich. I’d give 5 stars but unfortunately whomever does the ordering can’t seem to keep everything stocked. I’ve repeatedly had to stop at our local store for my cheese preference. Sometimes it’s several meats that are not available. I’d suggest whomever does the ordering relinquish their responsibility to a more responsible person.
