the Team at Jungle Studios barbershop, We come here 2 – 3Xs a week. We love eating here for lunch here. We are always greeted well by the owner & staff, and the food is always on point! The best pizza if you haven’t tried it! We love supporting our local subway! Came in to try the new wraps. Asked to add onion and was told no. Watched him make the wrap which was given very little veggies at all. It’s kinda why I go to subway… to get my veggie fix. All so the workers (all teens) could push my food out to hang out with their friends (more teens with no items ordered or in front of them) in the lobby.

I came through one night, drive thru. ordered two sandwiches. when i got to the window i could see two teenage girls making tiktoks in the back where “no one could see them” but i could. i have it on video. one othwr girl was the only one working and actually seemed nice, but was clearly in a bad mood because of the girls she was “working” with. they are getting paid to do nothing. is there not a manager in there at night with these girls??? they are too young to be left there at night by themselves. the owner needs to step up or they are going to lose a lot of business.

My sub was laughable…This location has really went downhill. I won’t be ordering from here any longer.. I order at least twice a week and for the past month only one order has been correct. I just ordered a sub with extra pickles and tomatoes. No extra anything, had to check to make sure they didn’t leave my chicken off. No oil and vinegar on my sub. Will be going else where because for the past month I have gave this location several chances.

I like Subway, but it was laughably absurd what happened.
We ordered through the app a meatball sub with pepperoni, a pizza sub, a coldcut and a BMT. When we got home the meatball sub was just pepperoni and cheese, ice cold. No meatballs, no sauce.
And the pizza sub had no meat or pizza sauce. It was some veggies and some odd sauce that looked like french dressing.
The BMT was missing a few condiments but still edible, and the coldcut was ok other than oceans of mayo.
We called for a refund on the meatball and pizza subs and they said bring them back and they could make them again. No refund. So we drove back to the location.
There were 3 young employees. We could barely hear eachother over the rap music blaring. They were nice enough but mostly incompetent. They made our subs while we had to basically explain to them how to make them, even with the receipts in front of them detailing the order. They seemed untrained and overloaded. No manager in sight. In the end it was ok but the meatballs were a little overcooked.
I think this particular location needs some better leadership and supervision.

We ordered three subs last night. An Italian BMT, cheesesteak, and a meatball sub. The meatball and Italian were 12-in subs. It took them about 30 minutes to make the subs. We got home and my wife bit into her meatball sub and got a mouthful of tomato sauce. She opened the sub up and there were three meatballs total on the whole sub. She called to complain. They took her name and told her to bring the sub back to the restaurant the next day. She went in there the next day and the manager apologized. The manager explained they were understaffed that night. They are trying to hire more people. She said that the owners make them get the subs back that were bad. She did give us the money back for the sub. Ee will not visit this sub shop ever again.

I have never been more infuriated by my order. Not only did I NOT get what I wanted, but I paid extra for more meat only to get 2…2 slices of meat PER SANDWICH. I’m livid. Not only that, I called to speak with the manager and got hung up on by the staff. I will never eat here again.

Me and my husband went through the drive thru to get us some dinner and the boys serving weren’t friendly at all they forgot my chips and only filled our drinks half way full. Then when they wouldn’t come back to the window and my husband had to go into the store and get my chips and straws the boy who gave us our food was behind the counter eating and now worried about anything else. Definitely do not recommend this subway at all!
