The nicest dairy queen I’ve been in! Roberto took my order, he was helpful with the menu and drew my attention to some drink options I wasn’t aware of. He cheerfully made small talk and made sure that I had everything I needed, even went back to grab ketchup and mustard that I had forgotten to order.

I enjoyed my meal, it was a good value if you hunt their app orwebsite. The spicy tenders also have a decent kick and so does the sauce, they’re slightly above Wendy’s. There’s lots of seating and it’s nice inside. I’m a bit surprised that the Burger King across the lot is fancier considering the DQ HQ is less than a mile away!

I was really impressed with the drive-thru ordering system — it was AI, but honestly felt just like communicating with a human. I didn’t realize it was AI at first, and when I got to the payment window I confirmed it, which made the experience even more impressive.
When I tried to make some more complicated changes after the order was placed and totaled, the AI clearly directed me to request those changes at the window before paying, which worked smoothly.
Food was great, and my order was accurate. Overall, a surprisingly seamless and positive experience.

Truth Hurts
So I get 1/2 hour for lunch, this is not the spot for fast service! But…the food was very hot and freshly cooked so that was nice. I asked for ketchup and rather than tell me where it is it was brought to me. I also noticed two people cleaning in dining area. Much preferred over dirty floors and tables. Will be back!

I ordered via mobile app at 4:11 PM. I picked up my food at 4:15 PM. I am convinced I received someone else’s food from an order put in an hour ago. The burger bun on the bottom was rock hard. See the video. Listen to the “knock on the rock” sound and then trying to crumble it. The blizzard came out of a mini-fridge. Quality was terrible. Think a blizzard that you half eat and is melted and you put it in a freezer at home. I go to the counter and there is all the sudden half a soccer team and two other parties. I take the bottom bun off and fold the burger and close my eyes and hope for the best. I throw the blizzard in the garbage. So much for the spur of the moment 85-cent small blizzard special! I will never ever go here again. To top it off the app sent me to pick up inside vs. drive thru. Must have been my miss but what an absolute mess.

Food was mediocre. The chicken tenders had a strange breading that tasted peppery but also dry and floury as well. The cheese curds are decent, especially because they were warm.
Service was weird, the drive-thru was voiced by AI, which was a weird experience, but also the drive-thru attendant didn’t say anything, he just hold out his hand, the card, or the food silently, and if I wasn’t paying attention to him he wouldn’t say “here you go” or something, he just stood there holding it.

UPDATE: Being the flagship restaurant for DQ, this location often features the newest corporate development (HQ is just down the road). It has recently undergone another remodel with a more modern feel. The style is not as warm as the previous design, but if you like a more sterile, modern feel, you’ll feel at home.
Clean restaurant with prompt, courteous service. This location offers both food and dessert, including numerous ice cream cake options.
If you’re looking for quality ice cream, you can find much better in the metro area. Four stars is a stretch based on the copious amount of artificial ingredients.
If you’re splurging, it’s not a bad option for an infrequent visit.

I didn’t want the reviews that I saw before coming here to be true because this use to be my absolute favorite DQ in the state. Sadly, everything that I read was true and beyond. Horrible service, horrible quality food. I heard people in the drive-thru having trouble with their order, and walked the staff member through my order and they had everything correct when repeated it. They got everything wrong. I asked for chicken tenders lightly tossed in bbq sauce, it seems like the staff are angry and get orders wrong on purpose because customers request modifications to their order. As soon as I paid, the woman left the window, we didn’t get everything we ordered so I had to wait for another person to come to the window which happen to be a manager. I heard her tell her staff our order and she apologized and it was still wrong when they brought it out to me. Unsanitary, view the photos. The top execs need to do something because this place is terrible. Beyond terrible. I won’t be back, so you tell me your experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Dairy Queen. I would say that it exceeded my expectations. I ordered a chicken salad and it came with boneless chicken nuggets. A whole lot of them too. I didn’t expect so much meat on this salad but they were good and they were cooked well. The customer service was really good too. The person taking my order was kind and worked with me. They brought my order to my table and asked if I needed anything. The inside was very clean. I’ll be coming back due to its proximity to my son’s school and the good experience I had there.

Hands down the best fries compared to Wendys, BK, McD etc. Best Ranch and BBQ sauce too!
Only complaint is expect the drive through to go slow, even when there aren’t much cars. So if your in a rush just walk-in.
