I recently had a fantastic experience at 7 Tap Tavern, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The servers were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making for a truly enjoyable visit.
What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional management and their commitment to prompt service. I was particularly impressed when I accidentally left my cell phone behind. The manager, Emily, actually ran me down to return it! That kind of dedication and going the extra mile is something you rarely see these days.
If you’re looking for a spot with great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and management that truly cares about their customers, 7 Tap Tavern is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my second time here our first time was fun so we thought we’d come back. This time was awful. Our server was the worst. Came to our table literally twice the second time we had to get her attention. I asked for more water 3 times and never got it. I ordered a cheesesteak with no onions, came out with onions, had to wait an hour per drink, while she made numerous stops at the tables around us. We witnessed this because we were staring at her to get her attention and not even a glance our way. We came for gameshowpalooza which we love and liked this location because it was earlier but we aren’t happy. We eventually had to go to the bar for drinks and I asked the bus boy for a box that I asked for twice from our server. We get that it was busy but the fact she kept going to other tables without even a glance our way really frustrated us like it was in purpose. The fact she didn’t even acknowledge the wait and mistakes just made us more furious, really ruined our night out.

Food wasn’t bad, took a while to show up. The service was awful, we were there for 3 hours and our waitress only stopped by twice. Felt like she was blatantly ignoring us (going to every table except ours). Brought round of drinks, forgot mine. Eventually I just walked up to the bar and ordered a drink. The waitress never apologized once. If she said once, sorry, we are short staffed, sorry about the wait, sorry, etc. I would have not felt the need to write this review. Game show palooza is fun, but they do not turn off the bars music – so you hear both the games music and the bars music which makes it hard to hear for trivia.
