Just got the new Candy Bar iced coffee and it’s very good! It’s on the sweeter side but I would get again! I usually get the shaken espresso but I think it’s out for the season! Oh well I found something new! Love! I come here a lot before work and it’s always good!

I generally have good experience at this Dunkin. The staff is usually friendly, and picking up online orders through the drive‑thru is pretty quick and easy. My only complaint is the inconsistency with the drinks — especially lattes and original coffee. ( that’s what I order mostly ) Some days they taste perfect, and other days they’re bitter or just not made right. I’ve had a few lattes that were so bitter they were hard to drink. It’s frustrating when I spend money and can’t enjoy what I ordered. Great service, but the drink quality really depends on who’s making it.

I went to get a milkshake and tried to pay with a $100 bill, but the lady at the window gave it back and said she couldn’t accept it because it didn’t have a blue line. I tried explaining that not all $100 bills have one, but she insisted it was counterfeit. I later exchanged it for $20s at another store, where they checked it with a pen and confirmed it was real. Whole thing could have been avoided with a google search also went inside and nobody there look over the age over of 25

I ordered a $6 latte. Which is something I get often but this is the second time I’ve been to this location and they did not put the espresso in my drink.. I pay extra for a large so I can have more espresso. I have kids and I need the energy. What I don’t have is money to waste on a drink that doesn’t have what I want in it. I’ve gone to Clarksville and never had a problem. But for some reason this Cornelia location keeps giving me regular coffee with with their creamer in it. Yes, I can tell. I wasn’t going to leave a review but this has happened to me a few times here so I’m guessing it’s not just a fluke? Either way if someone pays for espresso they should definitely get it in their drink. You shouldn’t just hand them black coffee mixed with some creamer and Cool whip on top. I can do that at home.

I came in through the drive thru, and i ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso, and when i tasted it it was straight coffee and milk and even said 1 expresso and milk on the tag for the coffee. i had went in to ask them to remake it and then they continued to pour a little of the coffee out and pump almond syrup into it and when the woman had handed it to him she proceeded to say “Oh yeah we are really low on brown sugar syrup”… so when i was ordering you had neglected to tell me that you were out of the flavoring that literally is the drink?… so i could’ve just ordered something else off of the menu? when they remade the coffee it tasted like straight flavoring and milk no sweetness no coffee taste whatsoever. And no they were not busy and they were staffed. Better off going to the Starbucks across the street unfortunately

I love this Dunkin’!!! The food and coffee is always perfect. Angel always makes sure I have exactly what I need when ordering and offers options. Sam was in the window and started conversation with me about the baskin options and how they offer 24 rotating flavors!!!! And samples!!!! And Teresa was there too with a smile on her face. I made sure to ask them all their names. They gave me great service on a drab rainy day and they are doing a great job!

I went through the drive thru on a Monday around 1:30 pm and ordered the brisket loaded hashbrowns and what a waste of $ the cost was 4 or 5$ for hardly nothing and to still be hungry! They had me pull in to mobile parking to wait for my order that consisted of just the 1 item and I had to wait close to 5 minutes it was skimpy, l think it had maybe 4 smooshed hash browns that filled a quarter of the cup! nasty, and cold!! So what did I wait for?? On the plus side the lady working the drive thru was very kind….

6 yes 6 uncooked hash rounds, a very dry biscuit, and a sweet tea with NO refills. Definitely not a place to do breakfast. Thank goodness Burger King is next door.

I placed a mobile order, as I always do. I had to wait in line as it was somewhat busy, no problem. I get to the window and the not so friendly cashier gave me my coffees and then closed the window. I had also ordered food and so I waited for her to come back. She then asked me what else I ordered. She gave me my donuts and told me to pull to mobile parking for the rest of my order. The rest of my order was only two wake up wraps and ONE croissant! I pulled around waited for 5+ minutes no one ever came out to my car. I went inside and was ignored for another few minutes before someone finally came over and asked my name. Then proceeded to look around and obviously it wasn’t made so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make the food. Waiting to make the food is fine but when I place a mobile order and other people are coming through the drive through and getting their food immediately while I’m still waiting for three simple items, that is very frustrating. Not to mention none of the staff was friendly AT ALL and acted like I was a bother to them. They all had attitudes and not one friendly person! I go here a lot and spend a lot of money, but no longer!

We stopped here to get donuts and coffee. The girl was acting like we were putting her out. We asked for half and half. She said they were out. I asked for half cream and half milk. She wasn’t willing to mix the cream and milk. Was a Very unhappy girl. So, we left. We did notice no one was there at the time. Hopefully, she was having a bad day. But, that was not a nice thing to do to your customers.
