The kindest, cleanest, well maintained Chick-Fil-A in the area! We prefer this location compared to the other off Madison and nearby towns! They are so kind, attentive and friendly here! Maria was so sweet! She spreads kindess at this location in Murrieta just like the sign says! Kindess is never wasted.
I appreciate how clean and quiet this location is as well as the encouraging positive pictures they have up. Such as, “our mission is to spread kindness in Murrieta” and “no act of kindness is ever wasted” and “we’re so glad you’re here” and “you’re the best part of today”. You can tell they care about the lobby and positive vibes here. The flowers were fresh too!
The food was great. Hot, correct, and tasty. Love their spicy deluxe and real lemonade. The service is always excellent and friendly here. This location checks in to see how you’re doing after you receive your food every time! The atmosphere is top notch, attention to detail and positive vibes. Adorable Christmas decor too! A santa cow!

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. From the moment I walked in, the space felt inviting and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
Now let’s talk food—because wow. The chicken nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with that signature Chick-fil-A flavor that never disappoints. I also tried the Kale Crunch side for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It’s light, slightly tangy, and a perfect balance to the richness of the nuggets. And of course, the waffle fries were golden, hot, and just the right amount of salty—basically irresistible.
Overall, this was a great stop. Clean restaurant, great service, and delicious food. Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve had!

We went to this location on Saturday morning for breakfast and, as always, it was a 5 star experience. The employee “Maria” was outstanding- and we learned she had only been there for (4) days. You would have never known it- we honestly thought she was part of management. I had never done the order from app and have it delivered to your table before, what a great concept! We love our Chick Fil A- it’s clean, and th customer service is outstanding.

The workers here are so nice and friendly! A huge shoutout to Shayla who was so accommodating when there was a mistake with our order. They have the same menu items as other locations and the food was very fresh.
The place is pretty big with a good amount of seating, but no play area if you have kids. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or not, but a couple of their tables were still dirty so we had trouble finding a clean table to eat at. They have individual parking at the restaurant or you can park in the Costco parking lot and walk over.
Highly recommend stopping by.

I heard that there was a new Chick-Fil-A near me. So, I decided that I would head over there. I was not disappointed. It was very well kept and clean. Customer Service was outstanding. A person was cleaning on our way out, and another person said it would be their pleasure to refill my drinks. Food was also pretty good! Highly recommend the chicken nuggets.in conclusion, this was one of the nicest restaurants I’ve ever seen!

There’s two other locations in this area, I would avoid Clinton Keith between getting cold food, to receiving incorrect food sometimes even missing food purchased. My last visit was when I ordered a chicken bowl and there wasn’t even food inside the bowl. Here’s a photo of it. I actually thought it was a joke and if I didn’t have to go to work, I would’ve returned back! What was even worse is the hashbrowns weren’t even Warm. I ordered through the drive-through not a pick up order so I’m not sure why food is served little like this as well as it being not even warm and at room temperature.
