Did a pickup order. Scoops and sandwich with pasta salad and broccoli salad sides. Wow! Super delicious. Ordering was easy but they definitely need to have descriptions on the website stating what each scoop is made of. I couldn’t tell from just the names and had to do a Google search. Other than that, food was fresh, presented nicely, and order came as I made it. A for Accuracy. Will most definitely be back!!

I recently had a conversation with Brian, the owner of Chicken Salad Chick, and was immediately impressed by his genuine commitment to customer experience. His focus on making sure customers feel taken care of. As a Mediator, I work with people every day who struggle with hard conversations, and Brian handled ours with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Although I haven’t yet tried this location, Chicken Salad Chick will absolutely have my business because of the way I was treated by the owner.

I ordered Chcken salad chick to be delivered at work via uber eats. When you order on the uber app there is no option to choose sandwich toppings. So i assume it is coming with lettuce, onions, tomatoe, etc. There is no way to choose it. My $20 sandwich arrived, just chicken salad on bread, no toppings, no lettuce, no nothing. There was no utensils or napkins, and this is being delivered to my workplace.
My coworkers and i were surprised. I called the store to inform them and spoke with the manager, expecting an apology and we will fix it, perhaps.
She proceeded to tell me it was my fault, that i should have specified what i wanted. When i explained that there is no way to do that in the app. she was rude and said “do you want to listen to me so i can help you.” Then just went onto blame me.
Im just trying to help your new business. If Im telling you the service is bad, and your uber app is set up wrong, and (by the way google maps says you are closed now, not open), and you probably do not realize what is going on, and your response is to get rude and blame me, screw this business and good luck. disapppointed. Tried to help you out. Now i hate your business. Thanks for the bread.
