We stopped here while we were in Kinston and had a really good meal. The chips tasted homemade and were crunchy. My child had the children’s chicken quesadilla, which was filled with grilled chicken. He loved it. The fries were also crispy. I had the steak Enchiladas de steak. I thought they were good. The red sauce was a bit sweet, which I didn’t love. My friend had the chicken bowl and she was she liked it, especially the plantains! We had dessert: the churros and the fried cheesecake. The churros were thumbs up: sugary, soft, but crispy and had a filling in the middle. My son loved the ice cream, but didn’t love the cheesecake- I’m not sure he knew what it was exactly lol.
We were sat quickly. There were a handful of people in the restuarant. There was music, but it wasn’t too loud.

Fantastic guacamole! Probably the best I’ve ever had. The burritos were amazing and huge. Wonderful service. Nice atmosphere and plenty of street parking. Highly recommended.

Great Service! My first visit and I thought it was going to be an average experience with average food. But as soon as we entered we were greeted by multiple people. That set the atmosphere for me. I really felt like they appreciated my business and the staff was genuinely friendly. The food was great too! Never thought I would get that in Kinston, lol. I am definitely going again.

This has been our favorite place! We’re obsessed with the location in Jacksonville, so we were thrilled to see it here in kinston! I love the fajitas, but I tried something new – The Choripollo Quesadilla! This was the lunch portion and I still had some leftover. Soo good!

Tried to order online, but it goes straight to the Jacksonville restaurant. Called my order in and it was ready in 25 minutes. Everything was delicious. Got the lunch chicken bowl and the churros. Churros are a good size. Chips are delicious.

WOW! We are excited for this more upscale Mexican option! All the food was incredible and the service was top notch. Every single staff member was very friendly and the we were shocked at the quality and quantity of food for the price. Great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back often!

This place serves the absolute best food!!!! The food is very uniquely flavorful and tasty! The portions are huge!!! But the prices are excellent!!!! The chips and salsa are superb; you’ll keep eating them! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our food; I had the delicious Mahi Mahi tacos, yum!!!
The presentation of the food is done well! The service, and hospitality is A-1! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about this place, it’s like a hidden gem! The desserts are delicious too! I recommend the flan and the churros! Don’t hesitate to try this place, you will enjoy every bit of being here. They will take great care of you!!!

I was in Kinston on a business trip, and this was one of the dinners we had with the team during that week.
The food options are decent and you will find all the expected Mexican staples. I had an “odd ball” thing, spicy Steak a la Mexicana. Not knowing at all how that worked, I asked for it to be medium rare, to which the waitress eagerly agreed. Then I got a platter of minced beef, thoroughly cooked. So either I was not clear or she didn’t know how to explain to me that medium rare does not apply. I don’t know. In any case, the dish was fine, it had a whole jalapeno in it, quartered but very present, and I was happy with the spiciness of the kit.
Outside of this slight miss, one of my colleagues had a margarita which arrived with a strawberry in it. Never heard of that formula. He didn’t complain.
In the end, this is a very decent restaurant that I would recommend if anyone ever asked me about Mexican food in Kinston.
