I went to the grand opening of Taco Bell Cantina, and let me tell you, it’s not your typical fast-food experience. This Taco Bell has taken the familiar and added an exciting twist that sets it apart from the rest.
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was vibrant and modern, creating an inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. But what truly stood out was the unique cocktails on the menu.
The food at this Taco Bell was much better than your standard Taco Bell experience. . The ingredients tasted fresh, and the combinations were thoughtfully crafted to create a memorable meal.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to see what this Taco Bell has in store for the future. The promise of unique food and drink items to set themselves apart is intriguing, and I can’t wait to see what creative twists they bring to the table. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food establishment actively pushing boundaries and striving for innovation.

I believe this is the cheapest restaurant possible to get a filling and hot meal downtown; the Value Menu prices seem identical to Taco Bells in outlying areas of Indy
The Cantina opens early, but now only serves the regular menu (ie, breakfast menu is now never available.)
The interior feels cozy, safe and controlled during the day; idk if that can change at night with sale of alcohol.

I thought that this downtown Taco Bell was a good location to eat at, but now I’m starting to have doubts. One, when I was approaching one of the cashiers after I ordered food from one of the kiosks, this one enormous black lady was in my face and asked “Why didn’t you say something, big fella?!” which was extremely rude compared to “Now what do you want?!” when I was just getting a damn straw for my drink. Two, there was three black men going about my business as to why I was shaking my head, when I didn’t even look at them. Three, I wanted to use their restroom because I needed to wash my hands, and this black dude took like, fifteen minutes in there, like he was hogging the bathroom. There’s only one restroom in there, so you need to be mindful to others who need to use it. Taco Bell’s good, but I’m staying away from this location.

Waited over an hour for an order they were backed up and only making door dash orders when we kept checking in on our order.
I’m an avid Taco Bell fan, been to one in every state in the country, and this is not close to a good one.
Didn’t even get the food. Decided to just get refunded at the end of it all because would be easier on the kitchen who was too overwhelmed as an employee just walked out.
Thanks for winning night. Waffle House.

It’s Taco Bell but with alcohol! Came here with my husband for lunch and it was nice. The atmosphere is fun and the service was fast and friendly. I got my usual Mexican pizza. If you like Taco Bell with or without the alcohol, you’ll enjoy it here.

The only two people in there where homeless people, one ordered a drink and the other was begging me for food so you’d think the food would be wrapped properly since no activity. But nope. How do you manage to mess up both the wrapping and the burrito.
For the record
After building the burrito you put cheese on the wax paper then put the burrito on top of the cheese. Grill. Then fold the wax paper over the burrito so you don’t get most of the cheese on the foil. Hope this helps

I wouldn’t come back again. Place isn’t clean and sanitary. Gross and you can tell food poisoning will be had after eating here. The employees don’t care and don’t say hello or thank you. Put the food together in a rush with the same glove they are touching their pants and phone and everything. So gross!! Never coming here again!! So many negatives

It’s just a Taco Bell with some booze, but it’s a really good Taco Bell. The Baja Blast with Rum is surprisingly tasty. The new avocado sauce is legit.
Also, super nice crew and fast, very clean, and watched the cashiers handle a scammer about as cleanly and nicely as you could.
