My order was ok but my friend’s order got messed up but the other person who was at the counter quickly made a different one on request and replaced it.

Pretty hard to get a sandwich with 4 items correct. Turkey, salami, lettuce, Mayo. Even had to repeat 4 times and still ended up wrong at had Chipotle sauce on it too..

I was able to get my food and get back to work quickly. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and the sub was amazing. It had just the right amount of veggies on it to compliment the meats. This is my go to place for lunch while I’m at work.

This place habitually has the worst people working. They can never make the sandwiches correctly. I can go inside and place an order, walk outside and wait 5 minutes, go back and order the same exact thing again and the price will be different. People who work here and slow, not very intelligent, rude, and sometimes unsanitary. I watched a girl just today make a sandwich wearing gloves she just used to smash something into the trash can. I would go somewhere else as this place continues to get worse each and every time I go in. I will not be returning to this location.

App said store was closed but charged my card anyway. Store phone tells you voicemail is not set up and nobody answers when you call. Tried to see if I could just get the food they charged me for but no. Had to leave my name, number and BANKING information so the manager could make sure I was actually charged. Oh and the manager wasnt coming in the next few days. Corporate office just said “I’m sorry” and hung up on me.
