Visited on Sunday and called ahead to make sure we didn’t need a reservation for a party of two, we did not. Atmosphere of the restaurant is rustic and welcoming. Our server Vince is friendly and made our first visit here one to remember. Vince’s recommendations were hitting the spot. The almond joy latte and French toast was delicious. Vince really took care of us and it’s rare to find a place with both great service and food. Vince recommend we return sometime for dinner and when we do we will definitely ask for Vince.

Me and my boyfriend came to celebrate our anniversary, we went for brunch. We were skeptical because the reviews were not the best but we were not disappointed. I think our server Noah was great and made the experience 10/10. Greeted us quick and got our drinks and food order out fast!!!! Food was delicious the apps and cocktails were my favorite. Try the last samuari, the tuna tartar and calamari!!!!!!!!

My wife and I just went to Weso for dinner and was happy with our meal but I felt bad that we didn’t take our kids so I decided to take the family to 40 Love. 40 Love blew Weso out of the water with their food, portions and cost. We were extremely happy with dinner. My son got the chefs recommendation which was octopus and scallops over risotto. The. Head chef came out to check how my 8 year old liked it and he gave a 10/10! Ribeye fantastic. Shrimp scampi fantastic and a really delicious pizza for my 4 year old. Dessert tasted even better than it looked! Very happy with the wait staff and impressed that the head chef made it out to our table. We will be back.

Came for brunch. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. The food on the other hand was terrible. The omelette came out falling apart and medium temperature, the hash browns were burnt and cold. And the coffee was cold. Will probably not return.

My friend was visiting El Paso and I brought her out to 40 Love for brunch — I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere is unmatched and really feels like you’re not in El Paso anymore. The food and drinks were delicious and service was excellent. It was a great experience and I would definitely be back. I will also be thinking about that Poblano Soup for ever

A hidden gem on the west side – absolutely worth the trip
This has officially become my new favorite spot ever! From the moment you arrive, it feels like you’ve left El Paso entirely. The place is beautiful, with an amazing lake view that gives off a completely different and refreshing vibe—definitely worth the drive out to the west side.
The food was incredibly flavorful and well-prepared, and while the prices are on the higher end, it’s 100% worth it for the quality and experience. The drinks were also excellent, and our server was friendly and attentive, adding to the great overall experience.
If there’s one thing to note—it’s the restrooms. Finding them turned into a bit of an adventure, with some back-and-forth between the receptionist and restaurant staff. It took more time than usual just to locate them, which was a little frustrating.
But honestly, everything else was so good that it didn’t take away from the experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something special and out of the ordinary in El Paso.

The food was really good. We had sushi roll with salmon. Salmon could have been just a little more colder but it was delicious. The wasabi, oh my lord Loved it! The 40Love Salad with pecans sweet salted and mandarins, delicious and let me say the steak was exquisite mmm medium done is the way to go. This restaurant is a true gem. Our server, Vince, was very friendly, attentive, and created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The patio was adorable—cozy, charming, and perfect for a relaxed evening meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We can’t wait to go back!

A scenery like no other. Beautiful view while you eat. The food is really good and so affordable! Pizza, burger, shrimp roll, and 2 teas came out to $58 before tip. Server kept walking past seeing my tea was empty. They have a person filling your water glass that does a really good job though. You only get 1 napkin.
