Service-based & financial discrimination against vegetarians – is there such a thing? As a vegetarian, I tried to order the #6 Veggie sandwich and asked for it to be toasted. I was told they couldn’t toast it because it isn’t considered one of their “original” sandwiches.
The solution they offered: order a Beach Club—which contains turkey and costs about $4 more—and then remove the turkey so they would be “allowed” to toast it. As a vegetarian, being told to buy a meat-based sandwich at a higher price just to receive the same service offered to other sandwiches felt completely unreasonable and frankly discriminatory.
Jimmy John’s only has one vegetarian option on the menu, and it’s excluded when it comes to basic preparation. This creates an unequal and unfair customer experience the only vegetarian offering should be equal to the rest of their menu!

honestly it probably would be more than a 2 star but everytime i order from here off my phone vs my coworkers phone my order always is messed up, this time it was no onion and there was onion all over the sub.

On several occasions we have experienced this location closing earlier than the posted closing time of 9pm. It would be expected that the doors wouldn’t be locked at 8:30 or 8:45pm- if that’s the case, change your hours of operation as to not disappoint potential customers.

Another good sub sandwich from Jimmy John’s. Came in during lunch and was satisfied by the Bootlegger but thrown off by the aroma in this establishment. It smells like feet. Or sweaty hockey gloves. The cookies look good.

My husband, friend and I ordered lunch here on Saturday. All three of us ended up with food poisoning. We all had to miss a day of work and we all feel awful. I’m just posting to ensure the shop notices and is more careful about what they are serving. This is the only thing all three of us ate together and we all have vomiting, runs, racing heart and are lethargic. It had to be the lettuce or Mayo. Very disappointing
Update:
We have all recovered except for some dizziness. We received a call from management and they tried to make things right. It doesn’t seem like it happens often, thank goodness and they ensured me they have looked into the matter further so others won’t get sick. This was my main reason for leaving a review to make sure others don’t go through something similar.

Stopped to get subs on the way up north and went to use the restroom. I knocked on the women’s door and no one answered so I slowly opened the door to finding a man sitting on the toilet. I immediately shut the door, and to my surprise when he came out of the bathroom, he didn’t flush all the business that he did in the WOMENS BATHROOM. Staff was extremely, they deserve all the stars in the world!!

Never again. Order is always wrong 2x times before, but today was the worst. Ordered a Veggie Club on lettuce and when I bit into it, I was immediately sick. They gave me tuna, and I am a vegetarian. I am still sick to my stomach!
My friend ordered a slim extra meat and extra cheese, they gave her 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese total – but charged us 3$ for the extras.
Rude kids work there and when we complained, they asked to see the receipt. Its not us who can’t read – its the workers.
I do not recommend, high prices for terrible service and wrong order. Go to Gus’s down the street – super friendly…WAY better food. Bye Bye Jimmy John’s and the rude workers.

I’ve had them deliver to my house many times with no issue. Last night I was leaving Target & stopped in but they were out of bread of all things. I got something else and decided to order tonight. The guy was very rude. I was trying to give him my address and he just handed me off to someone else without even telling me. He said he was the driver and tried to take my address, which they usually have saved in the computer. I live 3.7 miles away and they said there’s no way I ever got a delivery before but I have MANY times. Not only that when trying to describe my location to the “driver” I live off of essentially a main road and he couldn’t find it on the map, I tried to tell him I was just past Hartland Meadows and he said he’s never heard of it. Very weird! Definitely a populated area in hartland for a driver to not know exists.
