“Might be the best vegan burger I’ve ever had,” to quote my partner! She got What’s Beef and I got the Soul Burger. Not only were the burgers delicious, but the smoothies were The Apple Pie smoothie definitely tasted like apple pie.

WOWWWWW 10/10 I love trap vegan. Best smoothies I’ve ever had in my LIFE. I got the pomegranate one & the goji berry one (add sea moss) and they were so good. Also had the vegan sweet potato cheesecake that was equally as amazing. I got my friend kaelin the coco one & she LOVED it so even if your not a fruit lover there is amazing choices for everyone. The hibiscus refresher was delectable as well.

when I tell you the food will have you questioning if its real meat or not?! This food was amazing. I had the whats beef burger with a side of truffle fries. It was so good!
The customer service was amazing as well. I cant remember her name but she was very pleasant, knowledgeable on the menu and also had great recommendations.

Trap Vegan has a clean atmosphere and kind, hardworking staff. I overheard one of the staff apologize to another customer stating that they were short staffed, however the kitchen team never stopped hustling and got food out as quickly as they could. I purchased the Goji smoothie and BBQ jackfruit sandwich with curly fries. The food (including the smoothie) was fantastic; delicious, filling, flavorful. I am so happy we stopped by Trap Vegan while we are in town. I’ll definitely make the trip back next time I’m in town.

I happened to find this gem via google search. I was in the area for work that day. I am a truck driver so I was concerned with parking once I reached the building. Street parking worked fine for me. The menu had something for whatever you were craving. I ordered the soul burger , truffle fries, and cauliflower. Unfortunately, due to my job I had to take it and run. Fries and cauliflower were hot when I had a chance to eat them. The very best cauliflower and fries I’ve ever had!!!! The spicy garlic sauce was such a thrill. My cold burger, it didn’t even matter. It was incredibly delicious. The next time work brings me to the city I am definitely going back for exceptional vegan dishes. Staff was very professional and greeted me with a smile. Handled my food with care. Love great customer service!!

Excellent vegan joint with a decent variety of burgers, as well as salads and smoothies. I had the DBoy and my mom grabbed the What’s Beef (though stripped down) along with a shared order of Deep Fried Cauliflower (we chose the Spicy Garlic and Trap Sauce to go with it on the side). We both loved our Burgers, Cauliflower was also super delicious, and the sauces are a really nice touch, something you can personalize depending on your taste. Inside decor is a little simple but sitting outside and enjoying the sunset and street scene was good fun. Overall, we had a great meal and I’m hoping to go back and try a few other items while we’re in Detroit.

I live in NYC where there are so many great vegan options & I came to Detroit hunting for some good vegan food. I’m so happy I found Trap Vegan because that D Boy burger was one of the best plant based burgers I’ve had! I’ll definitely be back to try out their other menu options. Highly recommend!
