I was excited to try the fresh pretzels it was definitely worth it. They were hot, buttery and had the perfect amount of salt. The shop was nice and bright and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back for more.

These are the BEST PRETZELS!! Fresh and handmade, worth the 5 minute wait. I absolutley love pretzels & always order them, these are the best you can get anywhere. Don’t come to Roswell and miss these. Great ice cream too, fun decor. A real treat!

I’ve been wanting to try this place and lucky for me I sat right infront of it for the parade. The old lady upfront was so rude, and took forever for a few Nachos. The tortilla chips were stale with weird taste and the cheese was cold for coming out the slow cooker. If it couldn’t get any worse one of the nachos had a long white hair. I know I was sitting outside, but I figured it wasn’t worth going back in there to tell the lady. I did throw the nachos away and did force myself to eat 1 of them. I would not recommend the place.

Nice little pretzel shop in downtown Roswell. Pretzels were fresh out of the oven and made to order. Will definitely come back. Support your local business! Oh and they have bluebell ice cream!

I had such high hopes for this place. this is not a soft pretzel… its pretzel shaped bread. service was bad, lady at the front was rude right off the bat and very unfriendly. wanted to charge $5 for a water and it took them 20 minutes to make one pretzel. and the atmosphere is very lackluster. looks like a home ir Airbnb instead of a snack shop. very disappointing to say the least.

Got a milkshake and large pretzel bites. Lots to choose from between pretzels, flatbreads and ice cream not to mention homemade fudge and caramel apples. Must visit. There is a room full of art to admire and purchase. Delicious pretzels and shakes. Will definitely be back.

Great pretzels, we really enjoyed the original pretzel nuggets and the jalapeno pretzel.
We had double scoops of rocky road in the dipped waffle cone for dessert. It was a sweet and delicious addition to our day.

Have been wanting to go here and try it out for a couple weeks. Lady at the front wasn’t pleasant, and her attitude got worse once she realized she wasn’t tipped. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. The food was okay. Very disappointed in the service though.
