I would suggest you guys to switch out your gloves each time you pack orders, or have one person as cashier, today I witnessed the most disgusting thing ever, a person was eating in store while I was waiting for my orders, and the person got done eating and went up to pay for the food he ate, while he was waiting, he was scratching his hair and there was white stuff falling from his head, after she took money from the man with the same gloves she went and packed my food, which was disgusting. Please change gloves. That was unacceptable.

My family and I ordered food ahead of time and I still get to be last to receive my order service was just straight red flag and the food is bad not clean at all the chicken aren’t cook in fried rice and it smells weird to pho got hair on it and I inform them and I still get the same bowl with the same hair on it that just so nasty never again
