Terrible experience. I ordered my food and the young lady didn’t mention anything about waiting time.
30min passed by and asked about my order and she replied there were 4 ahead of mine. Waited another 30min (1h) and she said there were still 2 orders ahead of mine. I asked to cancel and get a refund, but she didn’t know how to do it. She couldn’t reach her manager to help her refund my order and had to wait another 30min to get someone there to do it.
In the meantime, she kept taking new orders without letting people know about the long waiting time. Poor lady was all by herself, but she could have been proactive and stopped taking new orders.
The food might even be good, which I didn’t have a chance to try, but they have zero knowledge of how to manage a business. Never again.

Beware! Over an hour wait with no extended wait warning when I ordered, received my order and it was incorrect, when I brought this up to the ladies working they informed me that they were out of what I ordered and so that’s why I recieved what I did. No refund or substitution offered. Plus the people in front of me I overheard that they shorted their order and attempted to charge them a second time! On top of all of that, the food was mid. Way better options elsewhere.

Bro I have eaten at all the Hawaiian food restaurants around town from Portland to Sherwood to Seattle and even make my own for 20 plus years.. you made me wait 45 minutes for the worst shoyu I have ever had in my life.. I actually looked at you menu and the pic of your shoyu I don’t know what you gave me but it wasn’t even close I would be embarrassed to serve that to somebody It was like white chicken with cream of mushroom sauce on it??? And then when I ask for something different you didn’t do anything for me?? Ever heard of local boys or bamboo grove or local grind even Roxy’s do your research can’t believe I paid you money for that today.

First time eating here on my 30 min lunch break, But my husband ordered ahead of time and my food was there before I got there.garlic chicken was very delicious but a little dry but the pineapple chicken together made it perfect!! And of course the tasty mac salad!!!!

My new favorite Hawaiian grinds!!! I had the spicy garlic chicken and beef kalbi ribs combo. Hands down best kalbi ribs I’ve ever had. The ribs are thicker cut and melt in your mouth, clearly not the cheap cut. The spicy garlic chicken had fresh diced garlic, not jarred garlic, and perfectly cooked meat and just the right amount of heat. My husband had the beef yakisoba and although it wasn’t a standout dish in his opinion, we both can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu! Great news addition to the Willamette Garages Food Carts.

I’ve had both the chicken katsu and chicken teriyaki and they’re both delicious! For $15-$16, the portions are huge. It took about 20 minutes to get my food both times, but they let me know before I ordered and it was worth the wait. The mac salad is also delicious!

This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with Aloha Grill in West Linn. The first time we waited over an hour for our food with no prior notification that it could take that long. When we complained we were told “hey, that is the food cart life brah”…
Well today I came in and ordered food and was notified that it could take 30 to 40 minutes. Knowing this I agreed and placed an order. Well, over an hour went by patiently waiting before I approached the counter to inquire about my order. The young gal working said she had no knowledge of an outstanding order so I showed her my receipt and beeper they provided. She then informed me they were out of chicken and she was sorry and would refund my money once she contacted her manager.
Not a fantastic way to do business..

Whipping our great Hawaiian food at the Willamette Garage. Manager was super friendly and holding it down by herself. Food came out fresh, hot, and fast. Definitely be back again.
