I ordered a delivery of three pizzas and a salad. I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes. During that time, I was home doing various chores around the house while the tv was on ( a western was playing). I was in the bathroom cleaning when my phone rang; it was Dominoes informing me the deleivery driver came, heard talking, saw my lights were on but no one came to the door. I told the manager i spoke with as well as the driver that I was in fact home and apologized for not hearing anyone at the door. Also, my porch light is not working, i should have mentioned that initialy when making my order but it slipped my mind. I was told they would not come back out here and begin to talk somewhat beligerently with me. I asked why i could not still receive the delivery now that it was known that i was home and I offered to tip generously for the trouble. Again I was talked disrespectfully to so i asked to just have my money refunded and cancel the order. I have never had this type of trouble with Dominoes in the past. I will not patronize this establishment ever again.

I have had them deliverer to mre about 9 times .I am disabled and I give them a 5 dollars tip because it was worth it for them to bring it. Now they say I am a mile and a half out of their deliverer so they wont deliverer to me anymore. I ask if they would meet me they said they don’t do that either. I offer more tip to bring it that mile in half. They told me not to call and ask for it to be delivered anymore. Either I order and pick up are come in and order but to not call for delivery.

I was not happy with Dominoes. I’ve never had a problem before with their food, but tonight was terrible. They delivered a salad that had nothing but brown lettuce in the sealed container which tells me they are keeping their salads way to long and the pizza I ordered, the crust tasted like cardboard. Not happy at all with our order and we have no problem spending $50-$60 for a Friday night dinner after a long day of work. Sorry, guys you really disappointed this time.

Ordered 3 pizzas and a sandwich. The pizzas were overcooked, and the crust dried out. The sandwich which was supposed to be a hot sandwich tasted like the bread was hardly cooked and very bland. Some of the worst pizza we have tasted. We ordered pizza as a treat and day off cooking and what a huge disappointment.

Don’t do pizza very often, but every now and then on one of those days when the wife and I are just to beat to cook, we have always found the Fredericktown Dominoes to be prompt, courteous, the order accurate, and despite having too deliver well outside of town the food is warm.
Why not 5 stars…on my scale 5 stars is reserved for truly exceptional. 4 stars is someone I am very happy with and have no complaints, so in no way a knock.

Very disappointed in the quality and timeliness of our last three orders. The first was barely warm and was delivered an hour and a half after it was order. The second was incomplete, took an hour and two calls from the delivery guy. I do not have a difficult address to find. Tonights order was quality checked at 6:07. It is an hour after that now and still no pizza. When I called to check on it they said it was the next one out the door, but they didn’t know if it was still warm. They asked if I wanted them to remake it? Seriously? How many more hours would that take.
I’m not sure what has happened at our local store in the last six months, but it has been devastating. My comments echo hundreds of others. This used to be an amazing location with the best service in town. Disappointed.

I have tried to order Dominic’s twice in six months and each time the service gets worse each time. The first trip an order was placed 30 minutes before ariving and still had to wait 30 minutes. The second trip After calling 1.5 hours ahead to place an order needed by a certain time they wait until 5 minutes before pick up to let us know they were out of products and couldn’t make half the order. You also have to argue for them to honor advertised prices. I never leave negative reviews but this location is horrible.
