Tonight was a busy night at Elevation. I was able to sit at the sushi bar and watch Mike prepare several different rolls and appetizers. After watching him make up a few “Deep Sea Diver” rolls, I was convinced that was what I needed to order tonight along with the “Sushi Nachos” for an appetizer. Both of these items were a first for me. The sushi nachos were so light and refreshing that they could have been a meal all by itself. The Diver is severed with lobster, and scallops on top adding even more textures and flavors. This is a must if you’re looking for something different. Always a great place to eat.

By far the very best sushi I’ve ever had! This place is a gem. You won’t be disappointed…we had tuna tacos, an elevation roll, paradise roll and kept asking for more!! It’s ridiculously good!!! There were more spicy tuna rolls than in the photo but we ate them!

We had crispy pork gyoza, and crunchy shrimp tempura. Yum! The place was packed, the staff was hustling, people were waiting to get in. We were lucky to get two seats at the counter. We’ll get sushi next time when it’s not so busy. Loved the rock music that was playing.

Been here two times now, definitely the best sushi in the area. A sweet family-run business. We’ve been to several high-end sushi restaurants in Boston and Portland, and Elevation is definitely worth a try if you are local or in the area. The quality of the fish is very good. Recommend the Oogie Boogie, Casper, California Betty, yellowtail jalapeño app & sashimi plate options. The Bear roll was great, LOVE the heat, but could use a tad more ponzu (or additional sauce). Would love to see the garlic edamame be coated with a thicker sauce to stick to them a bit more. They have a great sake selection as well. The sauce had so much flavor, but you couldn’t really get to it until the end. Would also be delicious with a chili oil addition. We will be back for sure!

Food is very good. Presentation was on point. Overall for the price you can’t go wrong. The only real down fall is the short staffed. That is par for the course for all restaurants.
We had sushi and tacos. We tried the chicken, beef, and pork tacos. All was very tasty. The likable salsa that comes with the pork is absolutely delicious.
For the sushi it was very tasty as well. The deep fried was definitely a twist. The sauce was a nice touch.
Overall if your looking for a very good sushi bar with out wanting to have to drive all the way to Portland I suggest this place. You won’t regret it.

Elevation is a sushi paradise. Perfectly prepared sushi with plenty of unique specialty rolls and high quality seafood options. The rice is perfection, and it shows that they really know what they are doing at Elevation. I also enjoyed some really high quality Toro which is pretty hard to find, but so silky smooth and delicious. I enjoyed a couple of the spicy specialty rolls which balanced flavor and spice perfectly so I could enjoy the fish while satisfying my craving for spice. My wife had some salmon sushi and a tempura shrimp roll, the shrimp was still crispy and had a perfect texture. I am excited to go back and try some of their tacos or the sushi nachos next time. Highly recommend checking out Elevation!

Highly recommend! Our family stopped in last night and we loved it! The sushi was absolutely delicious (and we’ve had great sushi!!) my favs were the Bear roll and Elevation Roll (attached pic) both were . Only recommendation is to have a little patience as it does feel they are still getting a few staff up to speed, but so worth it! We will be back when in Bridgton!

My husband and I went here on a busy Friday, absolutely amazing. Our waitress (Kimberly I think was her name?) was awesome at tending to every customer with perfect timing. The guys making rolls hopped in and helped her when they could, perfect flow of service! The food was absolutely amazing. We each got tacos and sushi(bear roll farthest, Leo closest), but it was some of the best sushi we’ve had in the east. It was so good I forgot to take pictures of my fish tacos, which were also insanely good. Can’t wait to go back. Cannot recommend enough!!! 10 stars!!!
