I’ve been going here since they opened in 2020 and I have been pleased every time I visited. They have so many healthy options and the service is amazing! I have always been greeted kindly by the baristas and even the owner! I look forward to choosing Nutrition Fix over starbucks for a long time!

Every time I go into Nutrition Fix, I am always greeted by the employees as I walk in. They offer a variety of beverages and protein balls. The atmosphere and vibes are great.

The power teas are delicious but some flavors are overwhelming but still good! The place itself is decorated well and well taken care of – the service sucked though. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in or say hi, sometimes they’ll just stare at you until you order, which makes it awkward and weird. The girls there seem like they don’t want you there and/or they don’t even want to be doing their job.

The girl working was very unfriendly. She was also so slow, it took 25 minutes to serve me and one other customer. She was taking one order then taking 10-15 minutes to make it and cleanup, then taking the next order. It would’ve been more efficient to take both of our orders and let us sit down rather than making us wait at the register for a while waiting to get our orders taken. She didn’t look at me and used as few words as possible to communicate with me. She also didn’t tell me that a free tea comes with my protein shake so I missed out on getting my tea that came with my protein shake. I ordered a shake as I was leaving and the other girl there let me know my protein shake was supposed to come with a tea. Both protein shakes were lumpy in texture. I’ve been to multiple Herbalife locations and this was was by far the worst in texture, taste and service. Shakes are 14 dollars so I’d expect better quality and service for that price. This was my first time here and I will not be back.

Went in there to get a drink after my workout, workers were very rude, didn’t greet us when we walked in the door just stood there and stared at us like we had 10 heads I was so uncomfortable. I said “hello!” She just looked at me, I was like “are we allowed to order?” And she said “yea” like ok I have never been so uncomfortable we just left LOL didn’t even get anything. Probably never going there again. Not welcoming at all. If the protein shakes are gonna be bad you might as well have good service.

I’ve gone to several nutrition shops in the Syracuse area, they all use the same products and are warm and welcoming, every time. When I visited Nutrition Fix for the first time it almost felt like the staff did not want me there. The shop itself is well put together and clean. The shake I ordered had good consistency and taste. The only complaint would be the lack of friendly interaction and engagement from the ladies that were working.

Consistency of the shakes needs improvement. The last 3-4 visits my shakes have been icy with hardly any flavor. I ordered the brownie batter today, one of the original shakes,and there was no flavor and felt like I was drinking crushed ice. My husband had the PB mocha latte and his was blended to a very smooth consistency and had taste. I’m not sure why there was such a difference between our shakes, but, just wanted to share. The service here is always pleasant and the protein balls are always on point!
