This was my first time trying Filiberto’s. I believe the location is why the food was bad, literally in the middle of nowhere. The chicken was horrible, and no seasoning whatsoever and tasted old. The rice was hard and the guac was so runny. There was also no AC which is insane because of the AZ heat. I’ve hardly ever had to write a bad review but this had to be said. The cashier was nice though but that’s it. Don’t know why people are rating 5 stars which is wild.

The food was delicious, hot and fast. The person attending us was very nice and when we mentioned that we were sharing the plate, she brought utensils for both of us a and portions were split. All and all it was great.

Nice place but can’t get an order straight. I ordered 2 veggie burritos with extra cheese. Came to $25!!!! Oh well…Get home and NO CHEESE! Rice was dry and crunchy, avocado turning beans dry…. Total rip off! Never again! You’re going to charge $25 for two veggie burritos you rally need to get the order straight and keep the food fresh! Ridiculous!

I stopped going there. A plate with 2 tacos, rice and beans was $15 last time. I don’t like saying this but I’ll be truthful, the food was mush. Stale tortillas, rice and beans with no taste. I ended up throwing most down the garbage disposal. Couldn’t believe I paid that much for a dinner of slop. Very dissapointed.

I had the fish taco dinner and my husband had the enchiladas both were really good. Pleasant service. I gave it only a 4 star because they used tarter sauce in the fish taco. I would rather have sour cream mixed with salsa. But good anyhow.

I ordered the bacon egg breakfast burrito. I was told there was a dollar surcharge for the eggs. Not surprising. However, there was very little egg in the burrito – way too much bacon and lots of cheese the kind that “doesn’t melt”. I could only eat half of it. Options are limited in the area, but this should not be your choice.
