Okay, this is BS…. Get their ground sirloin or ground beef and it’s got added water weight. It was too cold to grill, so it went on the cast iron and the pics reflect the water. If I buy from my local butcher, this never happens.

I had an issue with a cake, which was my fault as I didn’t realize Chantilly icing was so delicate, but I cannot express how much I appreciate how it was handled. The manager, Michelle immediately offered to make me another, and was so accommodating and kind – as was the young lady who answered my call. It was a special cake for my daughter’s sweet 16, I am so appreciative for their astounding customer service at the Hermitage, PA location. Rest assured, they stand behind their delicious work!

The best white cake I’ve had was from a grocery store bakery in Cortland Ohio. It was a moist sponge-like textured sheet cake with a buttercream frosting that was lightly almond flavored. Delicious! I wish you could duplicate their cake.
