I always go to Lone Star Steakhouse for my birthday, and I love it. The foods was amazing and the service I got was exceptional. Our waiter name was Christopher.If we had any issue he went out of his way to give us the best experience. I love Lone Star and I always have a great time and always leave there full as a tick. If you want great food and service take my advice and eat at Lone Star Steakhouse.

I ordered one sirloin steak and 6 additional sides for various family members. The person who took the order said 15 to 20 minutes.
I did not leave my house immediately and it is at least a 15 minute drive to the Lone Star, so it was probably 20-25 minutes before I arrived.
When I did I was told it would be a few more minutes. I said “fine” and sat down. About 15 minutes later I asked the host to check on my food. He went to the kitchen, came back in a couple of minutes and assured me it would just be a few more minutes. This was one steak and the rest were all side dishes that they do not prepare on demand but in bulk to serve throughout the day. How long does it take to put side dishes into Styrofoam containers?
After another 10 minutes the bar man went into the kitchen and got my food together. I asked if there was bread and he went back in and got me a loaf in another container.
When I got home I found that one of the sides was missing and another was duplicated.
Around 45 minutes in total for 1 steak and a few side dishes, then not accurate. They weren’t even that busy.

The waitress was remarkably nice, but she wasn’t overdoing it. She just seemed like a naturally good person. Treated my daughter wonderfully. The food was cooked precisely how we ordered it. I should have tipped more than $5, but I’m cheap.

Went for an early dinner with my family. The food came out quick and was delicious. I odered a burger rare and it actually came out to temp! I got broccoli instead of fries which hit the spot. I was so excited to finally have a burger cooked the way I like it. I will be coming back.

Took forever for the food to come out for a table of 3. Everything fried wasn’t drained. Just put directly on the plate. Ordered the fish and chips and it was burnt then ordered a steak medium well and it was mostly red. Horrible

As Lone Stars go, this is a good one… the one in Dover sucks compared to this one. Great steaks here, service excellent… decent food, reasonable prices.
