Chilitas is a wonderful little cafe inside of the entrance of the Tigard Library. It’s a part of a business accelerator “micro-cafe” that helps entrepreneurs get their business off the ground with a lower overhead and a space to call their own.
Currently it’s occupied by Chilitas. Not only do they serve coffee, but they also have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and even specialty Mexican dishes like enchiladas and tostadas on a rotating schedule.
The prices are incredible for the quality of the food and the service with a smile.

I love Michelle’s coffee shop! I usually get a latte or bagel from her when I’m visiting the library, and they are always delicious. Michelle and her employees are very kind and friendly!

Stopped by the cafe after picking up my books and enjoyed a delicious cherry tart and chai tea latte.
Next time I will order a real breakfast as the bacon cooking smelled delicious, but I was in a hurry.
Lots of delicious looking baked goods including flan and a full espresso menu. There is quite a bit of seating next to the cafe (the library lobby). Customer service was excellent.

Breakfast burrito was delicious! Pairs well with a latte or caramel latte. The young woman who runs this place is so kind and loves knowing you enjoy your food and beverage. Give it a try, it won’t disappoint!

I love this little cafe for its location, very nice service and great prices. I love cappuccino and the girl makes it very tasty and fast. So I often take coffee from them with me and go for a walk.
