Did an online order with curbside delivery. They say there computer doesn’t tell them when we hit the I’m here button and turn on hazard lights. I was in the handicap parking because I have mobility and have had rotator cuff surgery issues. Had to go in and get order after watching another person go in and leave while the young boy sat on his phone at the counter. When I asked why I had been waiting he just asked for my online name. Got the 2 food items. So I asked could I get a bag for my bottle of sprite he decided wasn’t his job to get. Popped the bag open and handed it to me so I could bag up my drink instead of trying to help. When I asked had he been doing this long he got very loud and told me I had my order and could leave the store. Refused to tell me his name so I began to find who was in charge or the manager. Tony said he was in charge at moment. I explained situation that I was dismissed as I was trying to make a complaint. Well the computer doesn’t alert them when we say we are there. I was there 20 min after my order was confirmed ready. I did say should someone not try to keep an eye out for flashing lights if no customers are there and I watched him on phone for 5 minutes unconcerned then act like it’s my fault for being upset. Should not be an option online if they aren’t doing the service.

Removed a star, employees are new, something has changed. I say this because I’ve bought the same exact pizzas here since they opened and the last two visits ( the last to collect on a wrong order) were disgusting. The 2 pizzas were noticably heavier, don’t know if it was the sauce or added dough from thin to the hand toss not ordered. New youthful employees perhaps, round two was near normal, but the pan was still off on the sauce for some reason… Medium pie with large pie sauce, don’t know. UPDATE: NEW EMPLOYEES….PIZZA BACK ON TRACK

We made a mistake of address called when it was delivered asked to correct address tj talked to manager said he corrected it and was remaking to send out to correct address and waited two hours still no pizza asked for refund and said they would prolly won’t get money back said they tried calling number on profile no calls were received do not recommend using dominos in future poor service and lies

The GM, Mitchell, is absolutely phenomenal! Went above and beyond and donated several times to our school for our Reading Program event and other events! The pizza was absolutely incredible and the service was amazing! The students loved everything! Food is always great when we order, even for our family! This is our favorite Dominos by FAR! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and works hard from what I can see. You will not be disappointed here! ❤️

The customer service at this store is amazing. They are always the friendliest and well mannered. Whenever I make an order they are the sweetest upon delivery. They always call to make sure I know the pizzas have been delivered (no contact) or wait around till they see us open the door. Management is also a fantastic, whenever there is an issue they do their best to resolve it anyway they can. We will continue ordering from this store for their delicious food and kind employees!
