I came to this location on my lunch break and the reviews did not do them justice. Such warm welcoming people. The lady who took my order and the lady who made it were so kind,helpful and freaky fast. Definitely coming back with my family. My only complaint is finding parking

I love Jimmy John’s, however when you order a #11 that is supposed to come with double meat and the sandwich has 3 lonely slices of roast beef, a Big feeling of disappointment happens. I expect to get what I order. If this is in fact the new normal double meat then I guess I need to adjust my expectations of my $12 sandwich. As always the place was clean and the workers delightful.

The current night team is phenomenal, personable, and knows how to communicate to different people; food is done well, they double check orders and keep the food in good quality.

Very fast service and very quick delivery. Parking can be a bit of a pain because of the way the parking lot is designed, but I can’t really fault them for that. The sandwiches are on point ☝️. Never had a problem with any of my orders at this location. This a great place to snag a sub in University Place.

Which Jimmy John’s location requires 3 employees and 26 minutes to make a sandwich?

After placing my single-sandwich order 15 mins in advance, I waited another 10+ minutes in an almost empty store with 3–4 employees on shift.
One staff member thought the best use of their time would be spent confirming each topping individually like it was a NASA launch sequence (“so you want tomato? And you want lettuce? And you want mayonnaise? And you want mustard?”) instead of jumping on the line to help.
Not exactly the speed you’d brag about.
The sandwiches are good but this isn’t the place to go if you’re on a lunch break or tight schedule.

#7 no tom extra EXTRA hot peppers is my go to. I come in fairly often always get a warm welcome in. The bread is soft and I appreciate when I ask for extra extra hot peppers they actually put extra on there.

UPDATE: The store manager reached out and the issue has been resolved. I’ve continued to order and haven’t had any problems since.
This is the SECOND time. I’ve ordered the same sandwich… A Beach Club, no lettuce, add onions, add pickles… I got home to my delicious food and opened it.. This is Ham and Turkey. Nothing else as I requested and when I called the guy told me I made the sandwich and I know I put everything on it… Here’s your beach club you made me. This sandwich has Turkey, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion ect. They used to do a great job and now suddenly can’t get an order right in store? The guy wanted to argue that he remembered making the sandwich and put everything on it. But I can come have them remake it.

Don’t have high expectations, I stood at the counter and 3 people working on menial tasks completely ignored me for a good 3 minutes. The drive thru person finally came over and took my order, came across rudely and couldn’t be bothered to get a cup for the drink. Get it together Jimmy John’s customers make your paycheck you can at least acknowledge them
