Great customer service, greeted me at door. Let me know the deals of the day as well posted on wall other deals. Fast and friendly. Clean inside as well the cleaningness of changing out gloves so there’s no cross contamination.

I’ve been to this location 3 times now… disappointed each time. The service is slow, the people aren’t welcoming. Last time I waited over 20 minutes for a pizza I had ordered almost 2 hours prior. And this time I spent 13$ on a pepperoni pizza… and got little ceasers quality. There were half the amount of pepperonis than there should have been. It’s advertised as a pizza full of pepperoni…. That’s not what I got at all. I called to ask if they have changed the way they make them or something and they said no and if I bring it back they could add more. I’m sorry but I’m not going to go all the way back to the store. Thought there were quality checks before the product gets to the customer?

Do not order the meatballs with marinara from here. It clearly states one order includes 10 meatballs. They are only giving you 6 meatballs and not the 10 as advertised. This is fraud, dishonest, and unacceptable. People work too hard to have money stolen from them. Do not recommend this place. What else are they doing when you’re not looking?

Pizza is always a hit. The staff, although all young, are very nice and attentive. The only issue I seem to have often is when I call to place an order. They don’t answer the phone most of the time. I’m thinking it’s because they get busy but not sure. Otherwise always good experience.

The store itself is always so clean. It’s minimalist which I think is absolutely perfect because the food speaks for itself. It’s always a quiet atmosphere and the customer service is always so polite.

I bought a family size pizza for $23 I ordered it online around 7:30 pm and made sure I put no artichokes due to me not being able to eat them. My husband went to pick it up , he didn’t check it because they where in the process of closing down when he went to pick up. He got home and my WHOLE PIZZA had artichokes. And all they could do was tell me sorry and give me 20% off my next order !! That is NOT acceptable instead of offering to give me a refund or to remake the same pizza with out artichoke for free they offer me a lousy 20% off . So instead of paying $23 it’ll be $18 . They are convenient but I will not go back if that’s how you go about handling a customer issue that a PAPA MURPHY’S WORKER MADE.

I walked in for my pickup order and was looking at the deserts and soda and the girl asked if I was there to place an order or pick up and I said pick up she asked my name, gave her my name. At this point I have monkey bread in my hand and still browsing and then she says “your total is $9” as if I am Not still looking? Wanted to get something else, but put it back because of that experience. It’s not a big deal at all, but jeez. It felt so rude, and rushed.

On Google says they are open until 9. Actually website closes at 7:30 and they close at 8. So we were unaware of this, had planned around them closing at 9. Called them at 7:53 on a Friday and they took my order and said to come as soon as we can. So we drove over as quick as we could from Merced (Merced store didn’t even answer the phone) and got there at 8:11 only to find they had locked up and store and wouldn’t serve us. Disgusted with the service and false information. One star. Never buying from them again.
