My son loves chipotle, with that being said every time we go they are out of almost everything when you try to order inside. Tonight after several sports practices at 8:45 pm all he wanted was a simple chicken and steak rice bowl. They told us we could not order inside. We had to order through the app for take out. This is the 3rd time this has happened. If you want to go to a complete online order restaurant, then do so! Your “ restaurant” is supposed to be open until 11pm everyday! Online ordering for takeout is an OPTION NOT A REQUIREMENT! If you have the ability to make take out online orders, you have the ability to do walk in ordering as well. DO BETTER OR CLOSE

I just got done talking to customer service chat today becuase my delivery order was completely wrong. I order Carne Asada Bowl: Black Beans, Cheese, Fajita Veggies, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, White Rice. Instead it look like i been given a regular steak bowl with sour cream, lettuce that look slightly brown in some pieces, brown rice, and cheese.
The presentation obviously isn’t pretty on the picture. And the sticker label isn’t even on the tin. That tells me this is someone else’s order that been sitting for who knows how long, so i threw it away. I will not dealing with food poisoning again like i had in the past. For now on it’s either pick up so i can feel more confident on how my meal is prepared or skip Chipotle all together. I wish i got my money back instead of a free entree honestly.

I ordered white rice no cilantro I do not like cilantro ♀️ ..they actually had it . Double steak sour cream and shredded cheese bowl…very simple
However the counter it was prepared on was covered in old food , my bowl was dragged thru colorful sludge … The top of my bowl now had a chunk of guacamole and other items I have no clue was seared on it, I asked can they at least wipe it off before the bag .he blinked at me twice and legit had no intention of doin so prior to my asking..

Portions were perfect. The food was fresh and the employees made sure to accommodate my needs very reasonably. Anaella was attentive and kept the line moving. The other employees not mentioned by name deserved to recognized too. In the back in the front, cashier, ect. This is a 5 star chipotle spot between the cleanliness and the staff taking care of it. I know every experience is different, but id come back here tomorrow and the next day

Pulled up at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and walk in to “we’re only taking mobile orders”. How does that make sense? The whole point of this place used to be that you order it on a line and see what you’re getting.
This chain has been going down hill since 2020 and it’s so sad to see
Edit: while waiting for my mobile order, i have seen 20+ people leave because they’re only accepting online orders. It’s amazing that they’re willing to ruin their chain’s reputation and lose out on sales. I can’t understand it

Rice was well cooked. Staff was focused and attentive. Delicious food. Everything was on point. Pico was full of flavorful tomatoes and red onions. I could taste everything. Steak was grilled nicely. Spicy salsa was flavorful not just hot. Whoever is in charge is really nailing all the details.

I keep giving the Macedonia Chipotle my money thinking it wil get better and it only gets worse.
Tonight they had no chicken or white rice at 6:30 pm. I went from last in line to first when 6 people in front of me left. The staff was too busy talking, laughing and checking their phones to notice the mass exodus.
When I finally did order the employee was rude, didn’t give close to double portions when I asked and messed up my order. He seemed happy to tell everyone who walked in all the items they were out of and watching people leave. Several people commented that it was the norm for this location.
I’m done with this store. A much better, more quality, quick service Mexican carry out chain is opening soon. I’ll wait for that and finally get good food and service for my money.

Macedonia is easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced… how do you not have chicken at 7pm?! When you close at 11pm??!!! There will be times when they have like nothing on the line?! When it’s not even close to closing time?! Why are you even open. And what is on the line just looks dried out and disgusting??! The one time I went and they actually did have everything I wanted for my bowl it still wasn’t good. Crunchy rice and dry chicken. Oh and the chips were like plastic. Will never ever ever go to that location again. They need to reevaluate the whole place and try again.

Completely disorganized on a Wednesday evening.
Exchanged more stares than words from the employees as the manager decided a teaching moment lasting more than 10 minutes was more important than completing my bowl. The manager would walk away, and the employee assisting with making my bowl would just stare at me and those in line behind me. The manager didn’t communicate anything at all in regards to the teaching moment for portion control for another customer’s order in front of me and what a side extra portion is. He continued to ignore us and proceed with talking to the employees only and the employees were confused. They didn’t have any black beans or carne asada which I was comfortable waiting for, but things just seemed overly disorganized and there wasn’t clear communication.
There was also several of employees who have their hair out and not pulled back behind their hats. No one wants dandruff from long dreads not pulled back onto their food.
I ended up leaving, which was also ignored and no empathy exhibited by any employees. This location has significant food safety and sanitation concerns in a dilapidated building with several leaks and wet floor signs from the ordering line to the seating area. Truly a disappointing experience with teenagers just looking at you like deers in headlights with no direction from a frantic manager.

My son keeps going to Chipotle and I’m not sure why. All of them have fallen off so bad, im not sure how they are able to stay open. And what is with all the employees standing around and playing on their phones? I mean all of the Chipotles. Their staff plays around and instantly ready to tell you what they do not have. Like please close all Chipotles. You guys never have any product anyways. We not gonna even discuss customer service. What customer service?
