Pre-paid online order for Christmas was easy to pick up! The store had a door labeled “pre-paid”, walk in with your order info available for the clerkship to scan, then they collect your order, bag it up and you’re done! They had a lot of young people working on Christmas Eve. They were friendly but needed a little more in person supervision to keep them moving and not all standing around 1 register.
1 man who was in the store ahead of me did not have his order info and there were literally 4 young people standing there while he looked. As I walked up, I had to ask them if anyone could assist me. That question seemed to “wake them up” but initially, they all looked at me strangely. And they told me there was only 1 register, why they were all standing there w this 1 man. They did take my info from my phone and got my order together very efficiently after that but a more experienced person up front would have been helpful and avoided that very minor delay.
Overall, the experience was very good.

This is the only one I go to for all of my needs. The staff is excellent. Prompt and fast service. Stopped in today to grab dinner. Honey turkey on butter croissants, broccoli salad and carrot cake.

Stopped in to grab a sandwich for lunch today. First off, crazy expensive. Several customers walked in after me which the staff were visibly upset about having to do more work… but anyway….
Got the honeybaked sandwich and the meal with it, I got the potato salad and drink with it.
Sadly enough the best part of the meal was the soda pop.
The sandwich has 3 small slices of ham on it, 1 layer of cheese, not exactly piled high. They were out of pickles which the staff didn’t tell me till after I was charged and they were done making my sandwich. The sandwich was ok but it was mostly bread, the French onions were odd on it. Not nearly enough honey mustard. Very dry.
The potato salad is absolutely awful, no salt, so bland.
But really I don’t feel like I got any value for my money at all, nearly $16 for a small sandwich and a 4oz container of potato salad.
I have no idea how u guys survived covid. But you sure didn’t deserve it.

I enjoy eating Honeybaked ham. However, they’re soooo expensive. Good thing I have $50 worth of gift cards. A 7.5 lb half of a ham costs $87.00. Too expensive.

Few fast food places can deliver great taste, healthy choices at a reasonable price. Honey Baked Ham is one of the few that do. I love this place for quick healthier lunch for about $10.

I had a terrible experience with honeybaked today, I ended up leaving out to grab something during lunch during today’s work day. I placed my order online to beat the wait. For whatever reason what I put in the online system did not translate (it had selected two types of bread, two types of cheese, and toppings that I did not select). When I got in, the order was not ready and the workers said they did not have it. They looked through the online system and found my order and got on making it immediately. Because the online order was a bit confusing I told the employee what I wanted on my sandwich (simple: multigrain bread, roasted turkey, mayo, cheddar and lettuce). He made the sandwich but it was terrible. Super dry, the bread was pretty stale with some odd discoloration and swiss cheese… although I was upcharged for cheddar. I ordered a coke online, no coke in store, barely any drinks in the case.. no sprite, diet coke, so I had to get a fruit punch… this was NOT a good experience and because I was on a quick lunch from work with a very busy day ahead there was no going back…I have grace for the employees honestly but this was a big let down today.

First of all…the staff here was super nice and knew how to properly pack my lunch that I ordered for the next day. The store was very clean and organized. This is my new Honey Baked Ham store. I ordered the Classic Ham and Swiss Croissant, and it was very good. My aunt ordered The Tavern Club sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious I will be returning.

Ordered online for pick up for the first time. I have tried their broccoli salad before and wanted to get it as a Thanksgiving side. I thought it would be easy and fast pick up. Got there and there were lines and lines of people. Waited 45 minutes on the day before Thanksgiving to pick up just two sides. Store was unorganized, customers were upset.
Food was sold out for people who had already paid for it. The associate brought out my order wrong without even checking it. I had to correct him. They couldn’t find anyone’s order in a timely matter and it seemed like none of the prepaid orders were prepared. My salad obviously was not because I ordered 2lbs and it came out in four half pound containers.
Absolutely absurd waiting times and I would not recommend picking up here before a holiday.

I had signed up for their promotions and received a BOGO offer for their sandwiches. Ordered two classic Ham and Swiss. Love their ham and it was delicious. The lady that waited on me friendly and asked questions as she constructed them to ensure they were what I wanted. She was so nice. Even got 2 pieces of cake for only $5, moist and scrumptious. Highly recommend.
